DETAILS: Experience a pleasant stay at 1785 E Co Hwy 30A Unit 303 located in the Park District of WaterColor. This recently remodeled condo is a corner unit on the third floor and offers 1 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 4. Conveniently situated on the north side of 30A, guests are steps away from the beaches of the Gulf, WaterColor restaurants, shops, parks, and WaterColor Beach Club. Guests also have access to the amenities of the WaterColor Community.
This is a great location for a fun getaway for a small family or honeymoon! Relax in the open-concept European living, dining, and kitchen areas with plenty of natural lighting and great views of WaterColor and 30A. The kitchen features European-style cabinets, marble countertops, pendant lights, and GE Café appliances with a French door refrigerator. The wooden dining table seats 4 and has a beautiful artistic chandelier. A large comfortable sofa with chaise end and 2 club chairs offer guests a chance to relax after a day at the beach. The balcony porch provides outdoor dining for 4 and cozy seating. Here guests can enjoy the balmy Gulf breezes as they view stunning sunrises and sunsets.
Coastal blues and warm sand colors are reflected throughout the home for a dreamy beach vibe that is welcoming. This home features 1 primary suite with a king bed and private bath with an additional loft overlooking the living room and includes a custom-built full bed, twin bed, and twin pull out with Smart TV and 1st floor shared bathroom.
Guests can take advantage of this great location with bonus sleeping accommodations, a full-sized washer and dryer, and luxurious community amenities that make this a great beach getaway! Explore this area on the 2 adult bikes included with your stay.
