Beautifully renovated 3/2.5 condo in Bella Vista on the Park! Just a 5 minute walk to Jupiter Beach! Newly Renovated and Fully equipped! Property is adjacent to Carlin Park and has easy access to all it's amenities! In the heart of all that Jupiter has to offer.... Beaches, Restaurants, Shopping, Golf, Maltz Theater, Harbor Walk, Night Life, Salt Life, Spring Training, and Carlin Park!
Welcome to your beachside home away from home in Jupiter! Spend your mornings enjoying the walking exercise track or brand new tennis and pickleball courts at Carlin Park (your new backyard), afternoons at the amazing Jupiter beach on the Atlantic coast, with it's beautiful seashore & amazing kite surfers, and your evenings watching the amazing pink sunsets and lake views from your private third floor balcony.
Upon entry, the main living area's 25' vaulted ceilings give this home an open feeling with lots of natural light. Kitchen has been newly renovated with an amazing granite island and counters, as well as Upgraded Stainless steel appliances. Home has dual Master suites. Upstairs Primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a king bed and expanded closet. Upstairs primary bath has been renovated for an elegant spa-like experience. Downstairs Master is set up with Queen size Murphy bed that doubles as a desk and office space. 3rd bedroom, downstairs has a full/double size bed. Upstairs loft has a futon that unfolds to another full size sleeper as well as a private 3rd floor balcony.
Large 55" flat screen TV's wall mounted in the living room, Master bedroom, 3rd bedroom, and loft. Home has Plantation shutters and Lutron automated roller shades for privacy. Beautiful upgraded flooring throughout, Ring camera doorbell, and even a treadmill in the loft! Balcony has automated motorized awning that extends early afternoon and retracts itself at sunset or if needed for weather. Community has guard at entrance, a large (heated) pool, community room, tennis, pickle ball courts, racquetball wall, and bocce ball court. High Speed Wi-Fi internet service is included. Rental includes electric, utilities, cable and internet. Per HOA - One pet under 20 lbs allowed. No Commercial Trucks, RVs, Boats, or Motorcycles. This a NON-SMOKING home. No realtors please.

We loved our stay here. The beach and Carlin Park are both an easy walk, the neighborhood is quiet, and the condo was clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the upper balcony in the evenings. Parking right at the condo is a plus and being close to so many great restaurants all made for a wonderful stay in Jupiter.

The property was very nicely updated, decorated, and clean. The location was incredible with a short walk to the beach and stores were very close by. We did not have a lot of free time as we were attending wedding functions so it was great to get into the ocean so easily. The master bedroom upstairs was very roomy with a big walk in closet and access to the balcony. We would certainly stay here again if in the area.

This was the BEST place we ever stayed!! I LOVED it!! There was plenty of space! Games in the closet, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas!! Board games & books, fully stocked kitchen, even some extra spices!! It was a short walk to the beach & a short walk from the condo through the community to the NICE pool. Thanks Jamie for a great stay!! See you next year!!

Perfect for a beach weekend / getaway

Jamie made everything easy and was super accommodating. The place was super clean. There were plenty of beach supplies so you really do not need to bring chairs and towels if you don't want to. The split master bedroom plan was awesome. Even the two bedrooms down stairs were split, so everyone got privacy. We kept the place neat, but we were not expected to the dishes or wash the towels and sheets. There were more than enough supplies like toilet paper, soap, flatware and more. I would say the place made for an excellent beach experience and was super cozy and warm on the inside.

Jupiter Beach Condo

Jupiter Beach Condo was as described and it was the best vacation ever for my family and I. The location is so close to the beach, pool access, restaurants and great entertainment around the area we couldn’t have asked for more. We all had a great, great time and so many memories to take back home so thank you so much. We will be back.

Great Location

This is a great location, convenient with a short walk to the beach (or you could easily drive) and it was also a easy drive to visit sites in the area. There are aeveral nice restaurants nearby, like the Twisted Tuna. Parking was very easy and the location was pretty quiet during the day and night. The space was clean and we appreciated the touches like liquid hand soap for the bathrooms. My one suggestion would be more than 1 handtowel in the bathrooms because it is nice to replace that in frequently used locations like downstairs. We enjoyed our time here and in the Jupiter area.

Lovely

Beautiful apartment, with every needed provided. Location was perfect for us to very easily visit our family, eat out, get to beach. I would recommend this contemporary and extremely comfortable duplex apartment highly. Thanks Jamie, I hope to return soon.

Would stay here again!!!

The property was in a perfect location for us! The beach is within walking distance, as you can cut across the park next to the property. A grocery store and restaurants are right around the corner. We played golf at a nearby course then another in West Palm. The property manager responded to my travel questions via text within minutes! Great experience. Nice, comfortable, clean property with everything you need.

We will stay here again!

We traveled from Denver to South Florida to celebrate our son’s birthday. Jamie was very responsive, making the booking process and our stay seamless. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautifully renovated condo in Bella Vista! The location is unbeatable—just a short 5-minute walk to Jupiter Beach and right next to Carlin Park, offering endless amenities like walking trails, tennis, and pickleball courts. The condo itself is immaculate, with stylish upgrades, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light.The kitchen is a dream with its granite island and modern stainless steel appliances, and the dual master suites make it perfect for families or groups. We especially loved the private balcony with stunning sunset and lake views—it truly felt like a peaceful retreat.Everything we needed was provided, from high-speed Wi-Fi to smart TVs in multiple rooms. The community amenities, including the heated pool and bocce courts, were an added bonus. This property felt like a home away from home, and we can't wait to return for another relaxing beach getaway! Highly recommend!

Fabulous Stay

WOW, what a fabulous stay! The condo is located in a nice development. It was SO nice inside with being super clean, so easy to check in, beautifully updated, decorated nicely, fabulous layout, both the kitchen and bathrooms well equipped, ample beach chairs and towels, and conveniently located with a quick drive to beach, restaurants and stores. The owner takes great care of her property and in communication to her renters. Everything that you needed to know about your rental was communicated to you by well in advance.

I am a traveling Sonographer

I wanted to be able to stay somewhere for a few a few weeks and have my dog and invite friends and my family. This was a very clean place. The location was perfect. I recommend this to anyone, family, friends, yes beach condo can suite anyone!

I'm originally from North Florida, in the panhandle, and have been in south Florida for over 20 years. I love Jupiter beach! It's a very "happy place" with beautiful beaches, happy dogs running around playing (only in certain areas), and (typically) lots of kite surfers that will amaze you as they fly through the air! Late afternoons are breezy and so relaxing to walk, or just sit and enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I love this home because of it's closeness to the beach. I bought the home and renovated it to be my forever home. A few years later, I fell in love, got married, and moved into his house.
So now I can share this beautiful home and all it's upgraded amenities with guests.
I live about 15 minutes away and am happy to help if there's anything you need before or during your stay.
The development has a large pool that is heated so it's comfortable to swim in during the winter months. In the mornings, some residents swim for exercise, and the afternoons and evenings are comfortably quiet and relaxed. It's a small, friendly community, great for evening walks.
