Cam Heights Hideaway w/ Full Kitchen & King Bed

Walk into a private & spacious studio where you can relax. You have your own private entrance. We offer a comfy King bed, a full kitchen with a Keurig, microwave, and 55" TV (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, & Disney+). There is a private bathroom with a dual head walk-in shower. You have a porch with a beautiful view. Our space is meant to be a relaxing getaway. Please no infants. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate your pets. Please make other arrangements for your furry friends.
Guest access
Views from the unit include a variety of plants, flowers and trees. There is a variety of fruit trees further back on the property where there is a table and 4 chairs w/umbrella, for coffee and/or remote working. Overall, the property is serene and peaceful.

Spotless, well equipped studio

Wonderful studio in a quiet neighborhood. Super comfortable king bed and beautiful large bathroom. Lovely courtyard with beautiful flowers and landscaping! Super friendly host!

Clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient!

I was in Camarillo for a weekend visit and had a wonderful stay. The guest house is private, with a full kitchen, and all amenities. Very comfortable and I will look forward to returning in the future.

Amazing stay.

We loved our stayed at Cam Heights. We had everything we needed and it is beautiful property. Great location close to bike and running routes. Great restaurant options in close proximity and easy access to the 101. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Home Away From Home

I truly could not have asked for a better stay! We had everything we needed throughout our stay and really looked forward to spending the evenings at the VRBO because it was so comfortable. The property is stunning and the friendliness and communication of the hosts was absolutely perfect. We felt so welcomed and can’t wait to come back!

So nice, we didn't want to leave!

We had such a nice stay. Dennis & April were gracious hosts, the unit was SO nice. Clean, comfortable, decorated beautifully and just the right size for two. We can't wait to visit again and we will definitely stay here on our next trip to California! Highly recommend.

Dennis and April offer one of the most comfortable, cozy, clean, safe, and welcoming rentals we’ve experienced. The studio is fully equipped with all that you could hope for. Loved the peace and quiet at the end of each day! We will definitely stay again!

Hidden Jewel in Camarillo

We loved Studio 2 with its comfortable bed, access to Netflix and other streaming channels. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Host very helpful and responsive!

A Family Wedding Stay

Spent 5 nights. On site hosts Dennis and April most accommodating. Beautiful grounds. #2 has all appointments for a quiet relaxing stay. Highly recommended especially if the chain hotels are preferred to be avoided. Convenient to restaurants, places of worship, grocery stores, etc.

Wedding Weekend

Short 2 night stay while in the area for a wedding. Very comfortable and quiet. Very well appointed. Really nice touch to have coffee, snacks and water available. Love the big bathroom, too!

Home away from Home

10/10 would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. It felt so nice to have a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to come back to relax in after a long day. Dennis and April were kind and responsive as well. I will definitely be making a point to say here again.

Checks all the boxes!

We stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding in town and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities, including the kitchen with coffee maker, fridge, and sink. The bathroom is beautiful, and the bed is very comfortable. We spent time outside playing cards and explored the property, enjoying the gardens. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating, making our experience even better.

Serene, safe, quiet elegance

This studio is perfect for a business trip! The full size appliances, the comfy bed, the high end finishing along with the quetness puts this VRBO at the top of my list! Dennis and April are very nice, not intrusive at all- I loved it!
