The host was super hospitable, the place was very clean and everything looked to be recently renovated all the appliances looked new. I would stay here again with out a second thought

The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for our party of three. Our host, Dritan, was very friendly and helpful. He even brought over Greek coffee for us to try! The neighborhood is very safe and was perfect for our daily walks.

The rental property was very nice for me and my family to stay at. My daughter just had a baby and the area was quiet and peaceful. The host was very nice to work with and provide additional things that we needed.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to many sites. Owner was very nice, brought us his special iced coffee on a hot day. Would stay again if in the area.

Clean, quiet, cozy place

Loved this place. I'll be staying here again. Driton is the nicest host I've ever met. Place was spotless. Very quiet, only occasional normal family noises like a door closing. I'm a lady traveling alone, so I find it comforting to hear my host family occasionally. Space was perfect for my needs.

The host was extremely quick and responsive to questions and gave great information to make checking in seamless. The only issue was the extreme heat of the region (abnormally high for this time of year, almost record breaking) and the portable AC unit did not keep up well. Despite having ceiling fans in all of the rooms, the master bedroom was very very warm morning, day and night. There is only one bathroom that is situated in the master bedroom so those traveling with adult guests may find it awkward to share a bathroom or have access. The host was so super sweet and nice. He made us his special Greek iced coffee and it was DELICIOUS.

so this property is a guest house attached to, but secluded from the host's main house. the host was extremely gracious. when we arrived , he offered us a walk through and brought over Greek coffee. lots of coffee and instant food, like macaroni cups and tuna kits, were provided in the cabinets. when he saw that we had four kids, he brought over extra sheets and blankets. we would run into the host and his family, occasionally as we were coming and going, and everytime he would ask if we needed anything and to feel free to call him or knock on his door if we needed anything. other than the occasional interaction we had complete privacy. my kids loved the property and did not want to come home. the property was close to beaches, shopping and plenty of parks.

Staying at Dristan's home was extremely convenient for my family. We were in town taking my son to the nearby Underwood Family Farm for his birthday and it made the drive over extremely convenient. The home was cozy and beautifully set inside. All of the electrical switches were labeled for easy use which was extremely helpful. The master bedroom was spacious and had plenty of storage room. The bed was beyond comfortable. My husband and my son and I slept like babies. It was just what we needed after a long day at the farm. My mom, aunt, and little cousin also had a pleasant experience staying at this home. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was spacious. Please note, the only bathroom in the house is located in the master bedroom so there was a lot of traffic through the master bedroom. The parking was located very conveniently at the end of a private walk way not event 30 secs from the home. This was appreciated as we had quite a bit of luggage to carry to and from the car to the house. Dritan, The host was so nice and understanding when I needed to update my booking info. He truly has a beautiful and WELCOMING home. The only problem I experienced during my stay was a small episode of ants in the kitchen area that was easily cleaned and cleared up. Other than that, I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much Dritan!

Guest count: Per VRBO policy and our rental insurance requirements, it is very important that the reservation reflects the correct number of guests staying in the unit, including yourself. This helps ensure compliance with insurance and safety requirements. Cleanliness and ants: We take the cleanliness and hygiene of our home very seriously and strive to provide every guest with the best possible experience. Our home is routinely treated to help prevent ants, and after your stay we had the property treated again. Based on our experience, we have not had ongoing issues with ants in the unit. We believe the ants were likely attracted by leftover food and food containers brought back from the farm. Fortunately, the issue was quickly resolved after the area was cleaned. As a general tip for all travelers, it's best to avoid leaving open food containers or food crumbs on kitchen counters or tables for extended periods, as these can attract ants in any home. Friendly and attentive

A friend and I stayed for 12 nights. The owner was excellent. Helped us with our bags, brought coffee every morning and was knowledgeable about the area. After leaving, we realized we had forgotten something. When I called, he checked and put aside the item. Great place!
