Treehouse Apartment on Acreage/Bay

Treehouse apt. overlooking Lummi bay and San Juan Islands. Heated floors and gas fireplace to keep the morning chill off. Watch passing ships, eagles and herons. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Tell tales sitting around a fire on the beach. Spa out in the travertine steam shower with multiple jets and rain shower head. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen including spices and access to herbs, vegetables and fruit in season. Visit nearby farms for cheese, eggs, veggies, etc. Visit one of Silver Reef Casino’s many choices for fine dining and entertainment. We’re right on the bus line to Downtown Bellingham, or take a bike ride around Lummi Island. The 15 min ferry ride to the island gives access to unique restaurants, artist’s studios and a farmers market. Washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. Kitchen has pots/pans, dishes and silverware. Propane BBQ on the deck with deck furniture to relax and rejuvenate while soaking in the view. Other amenities include flat-screen TVs, WiFi access, i-pod dock. Great place for kayaking, biking, and hiking or watching for that eagle to fly by. A peaceful setting perfect for a romantic get a way or solitude to work on that book you have wanted to write or simply enjoy me time. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and a nice desk/work space.

Great Place

It it wasn't for the weather, the weekend would have been perfect. The location and the accommodations were great and everything was clean and comfortable. Great for a couples get away.

This place is a gem. Suite is very well appointed and the kitchen had everything i could have asked for. The view is marvellous and overall the place is quite quiet and private.

Anniversary Getaway

We had 3 nights in the treehouse and loved our time there! The view, the beach, and the garden were lovely. The herons and eagles were plentiful and made for amazing bird watching. We hope to come back!

Perfect peaceful getaway

Beautiful place!

Stayed for 4 nights! Had a lovely time. We enjoyed the sauna every night with a brisk hop in the ocean to cool down. Bedroom was comfy which always makes or breaks a stay! Casino nearby and we visited Bellingham every day.

Loved the treehouse!

We stayed over Christmas and rented both rentals on the property. My mom stayed in the treehouse and it was absolutely perfect. Amazing views, cozy living space, comfy bed, and incredible shower!

Wonderful Getaway!

I wanted to give my daughter a little break from her studies at Western and this was the perfect place! The close proximity to the Lummi Island Ferry meant we could spend a day touring Lummi Island and still get back to enjoy the rest of the day taking in the beautiful view, beach and sauna. The steam shower was fabulous too!The host responded quickly to any questions we had (which were few because everything was exactly as depicted)I am looking forward to coming back and maybe renting the Lodge, the larger house on the property, too.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful get away!

The Treehouse is immaculate, well-stocked with helpful provisions, and located in a beautiful surrounding! Communication with the vacation property management was efficient and positive. Check-in was extremely easy and the kitchen is better stocked than my own at home! Our only areas for consideration was that the deck furniture was a little tired and dusty, and the view of the water is obscured a bit more by the house below than we thought from the online photos. Also, the bedroom was extremely comfortable for my mother-in-law but the sofa-bed in the living room area was not very comfortable for me. Not a problem at all if your plans are just for yourself or for a couple to stay in the master bedroom.

The place was nice. A tree fell and blocked the driveway on my last day there. The grounds keeper was very quick about coming out and removing the tree. Probably going to stay there again.

Quiet with a great view

My overall rating would have been 5 stars but I'm not a morning person and would have liked heavier curtains or blinds in the bedroom. You will awaken at sun-o'clock.

Quiet location with steam shower, sauna and beach access.

Spent ten days working remote while my partner worked on his commercial boat. Commute to town is about 15 minutes. It the most comfortable to work remote but lots of outdoor area to work/relax/grill. Everything needed was there, very comfortable for one or two.
