This beautiful home on the beach 448 new river inlet rd with seven bedrooms and 7 baths can accommodate large families and groups comfortably. It has a beautifully landscaped yard and parking for up to eight vehicles making it ideal for large family gatherings, weddings or corporate retreats. You will be captivated by breathtaking views of both the ocean and the sound, which can only be found at this section of Topsail Island with park across the street with volleyball and basketball court . The third-floor sound side deck with furnishings boasts one of the finest Intercoastal Waterway views in all of North Topsail Beach. Get out of the sun under one of four covered decks or enjoy the crossover sitting area. Not ready to challenge the ocean waves? The eight-person hot tub and outdoor pool ... to ensure that everyone gets a chance to enjoy the water. Savor an oceanfront sunrise or sound side sunset from one of the six spacious decks with ample furnishings. Two gated decks provide extra safety and peace of mind. As the day winds down, wash off the salt and sand in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Enjoy the North Topsail Beach Park just across the street with tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, fishing, and crabbing.

The first floor of the home contains four bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are directly oceanfront with a sliding glass door opening directly to the oceanfront deck. The second floor of the house welcomes you to breathtaking views, through a wall of windows facing the ocean. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. A full-size refrigerator as well as a separate full-fridge for your beverages allows you to have ample space for your essentials. Two dishwashers make after meal clean up a cinch. There is a seating capacity of 16 at a very large dining table and kitchen bar. Sink into overstuffed sofas and chairs and relax by the gas fireplace. The third floor boasts a north grand main suite and a south grand main suite. A third-floor sound view deck provides unsurpassed Intracoastal Waterway vistas. . Christmas Family Reunion
Great use of space, every room had their own bathroom and shower. Great location. Park for the kids, beach, jacuzzi, basketball across street, store only 5 min away, and great jogging trail. House is well used, but ocean weather does this. 2 dishwashers was a dream. Contact with House Host was spot on, always answers quickly. When something didnt quite work right and needed to be fixed it got fixed immediatley. Thanks for the great stay.

Perfect vacation home!
This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. It was perfectly designed to accommodate all 4 families. The game room and pool were perfect for making new memories.

Outstanding Vacation
This was our first trip to the North Carolina coast and it did not disappoint. Our four families (four adult couples and 6 children) were all very comfortable with our accommodations. We loved having the four spacious bedrooms with king sized beds and private baths. The kids were able to spread out in the remaining three bedrooms. We prepared most of our meals at home. The kitchen was very well stocked to handle all of our cooking needs. We made good use of the spacious kitchen and gas grill. The second refrigerator/freezer in the basement came in handy for extra drinks and ice. Our favorite feature was being just steps from the ocean along with having fabulous balconies that overlooked the continuously rolling surf. We all loved swimming and riding the waves in the warm NC waters. The pool was a big hit and although the hot tub only had one working jet it still got used every day. The house is beginning to show some signs of age but our host, Kyle, was unbelievably responsive with each concern we had. A maintenance person would show up almost immediately to handle all the minor issues. Souvenir shops, liquor stores and supermarkets are all within a few miles which was quite convenient. There were also a few different ice cream shops within walking distance. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and were delighted with our accommodations, and with Kyle as our host. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return for a NC beach vacation.

Fantastic property
Our stay was amazing. Great location and what a view. No rental is without a couple minor issues but the property owner was the best and most responsive I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend this property to large families

Great location for family vacation
This was our first trip to Topsail and it was a welcome change from the super busy OBX or Gulf Shores. The house is amazingly close to the beach and the views are superb. The park and ice cream shop right next door was an added bonus. Everyone had their own bathrooms and the main living area was centrally located on the third floor. The decks, private walkway to the beach, and the many Adirondack chairs were the best part. As mentioned in previous reviews, the hot tub only has one working jet, which disappointed some in the group. The host was always super responsive before and during our trip, and he did have a pool guy come to look at the hot tub, but they were unable to fix it before we left. We were also missing two sets of linen on the first night of our reservation, which was unfortunate for a few of our guests, but the cleaning lady did show up early the next morning to take care of the issue. Overall, the house and location were a good choice for our vacation with the entire family.
