Other things to note:

- Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway (Unit B). Overflow parking available in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent is 25.
- No pets allowed—thanks for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

Beach Access:

There are many public beaches along 30A that can be enjoyed. Most beach accesses have parking nearby along 30A or in parking lots.

Deer Lake State Park - Closest access (1 mile), with parking, restrooms, and picnic areas. $5 per vehicle.

Seabreeze Beach Access - 5-min golf cart or 8-min bike ride. Shoulder parking and crosswalk access.

Gulf Lakes Beach Access - Bike-friendly with nearby public parking.

Walton Dunes - Easy walk-on access, great for drop-offs and bike parking.

Inlet Beach Regional Access - 15-min drive with lifeguards, restrooms, and ample parking (golf cart not permitted).

Family Getaway

Property was exactly as advertised on VRBO, clean, spacious, very convenient to local attractions in addition to having the necessary beach equipment and amenities needed for us. This was our first trip to 30A after hearing about it for many years from friends and it did not disappoint! Thank you for a wonderful family trip!

Summer beach fun

Our family really enjoyed staying here, the ping pong table and bags were a hit in between trips to the beach and pool. Worked really good for a week beach trip. Very clean and spacious house.

Great Condo

Excellent place for a family vacation! Fantastic service, clean and lots of extras. Golf cart, bikes, beach chairs, ping pong table, corn hole just to name a few. Owners are from Texas and so are we! Happy Beaching!!!!

Great Place - Highly Recommend!

Everything about our stay was great. The unit was very clean, great for kids - the bunkbeds are awesome, great location, overall no complaints whatsoever. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got in. The management was very help, friendly, and responsive with any questions we had and helped make our vacation great. Would highly recommend renting this unit and we will definitely be renting again next time we head down to 30A!

This was our second time staying here. The hosts are great. They responded promptly to any questions we had. Great location with privacy on the back porch. The included golf cart and bikes are a bonus. Our girls love the golf cart rides to most everywhere we went while there. The house is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about this property. The Location was great. The Condo was very nice and clean. The pool and beach were both awesome. Aaron was incredible to work with every step of the way. From the booking all the way through thew check out process. The Golf Cart is a MUST!! Will defiantly recommend this property as well as stay at again!!

Amazing hospitality!

House is gorgeous, and the gas powered golf cart doesn’t disappoint!! Ping pong table, tv and fridge in the garage saved our rainy day. The attention given by Aaron and the Kalos crew was unmatched - from the welcome message immediately after booking to the answered questions at all times of day, to just checking in to see how things are going. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything!

FUN TRIP

Unit is just as described and the owner is very responsive! We have a few minor issues and they were handled promptly! Loved the golf cart and the ping pong table in the garage! It is a little difficult to get to a beach but given we were there over Thanksgiving, that was not a priority for us. Unit was very well appointed!

Perfect!

This listing fit our needs perfectly with 2 little kids. Location is close to everything but not in the heart of the hustle bustle, easy to take a quick golf cart ride (which the kids loved) to all the local places. Pool was great for our little kids as well. The hosts were great, they answered all of our questions right away. The house is as listed. Clean and very well kept. Would highly recommend.

WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

We had such a wonderful time in Florida, partly because of the amazing house we stayed in! It was a very short walk to the pool and a short drive to the ocean. The house was clean, big, and very homey (and our kids loved the golf cart)! The community was fun to explore, all within a short walk. The property managers were on it; anytime we had a question they were quick to respond and on top of things! You could tell they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay, which we did! We will be back!

Look no further!!!

This property is absolutely stunning, yet cozy and welcoming at the same time. I searched and searched numerous properties, and not only was I not disappointed, this property could not have been more perfect. There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms - there are closets with suitcase stands, dressers with drawers, and also storage available in the bathrooms and even in the shower. The kitchen and living room are beautiful. The porch is peaceful, the couches are comfortable and the whole place is clean and smells amazing. The beds were super comfortable. The bunk room does not have blinds. My girls are 12 and 13 and wanted their own rooms, so we improvised by putting pillows in front of the windows in the bunk rooms and it worked great. The master bedroom windows are just stunning with a peaceful view of the state park with pine trees. Note that if you have more than 3 in your party and want to ride bikes, you will need to rent, but there is a great bike shop with friendly staff and inexpensive rentals in the Big Chill, literally right across the street. The golf cart, beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as the beach toys worked out great for us. I have no complaints and we would LOVE to stay here again. The property managers were helpful and super responsive, and checked in to make sure everything was okay. This location is great, right between Seaside and Alys/Rosemary so you are kind of close to everything.

Beautiful & Peaceful Property

The home was absolutely beautiful. It had high end decor and everything was clean and new. All the appliances worked great, there were plenty of plates, pots, cooking utensils, etc. Everything we needed was supplied. Each room had big, new flatscreen televisions with all the streaming services, and the high speed internet was amazing. The home backed up to a wooded area which was lovely and peaceful. We did not hear a peep at night, which was surprising considering we stayed over New Years. The golf cart was a great amenity and we enjoyed exploring the nearby areas in it - including the beach, which was easy to get to. There was a ping-pong table in the garage that we used on rainy days. The host was absolutely wonderful. He checked-in with us in case we had questions and to make sure we had everything we needed. And, he was available in case there were any issues- but we had none. It was all perfect. He even left us a bottle of champagne on NYE to ring in the new year. We will definitely stay there again.

I do love the location, and the overall concept of the unit. Upon arrival, the floors were very dirty. I reached out and managemment had someone over within 30 minutes to mop the floors. They were in and out in under 10 minutes, which was a little concerning. Five minutes down the road on the golfcart, it broke down. Management had someone over the very next morning to have someone look at it. It never got fixed, but my husband figured it out enough forbus to atleast have a gofcart for our stay. The ac in the master bedroom does not cool well at all. It made it pretty uncomfortable. Managemment was called and they had a maintenance man over asap. He helped cool it down, but it never cooled down like the rest of the house. We found some dirty dishes put away as well. The dryer would not heat to dry our clothes. We called once and they sent someone who said it was fixed, it was not. Called again, and he told us it would only work on a certain setting; we tried that and it still would not dry our clothes. We finally just gave up. One good thing I have to say, the management was amazing and helpful, and quick to respond with solutions. This is the second Kalo Dwellings home we've stayed at with similar issues as far as cleanliness, so I'm not sure we'd do again. The house itself and all of the amenities were good.

AMAZING IN ALL AREAS

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful condo in 30A Inlet Beach, Florida. The condo was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities that made our stay (a family of 7) comfortable and enjoyable. The condo was located on the main floor of a well-maintained building, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Watching the sunset from the pool deck was a truly unforgettable experience. The rooms were airy and well-lit, and the beds were comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, making it easy for me to prepare meals during my stay. The living room was perfect for relaxing and spending time with family, and the Wi-Fi made it easy for me to stay connected with work and family. One of the standout features of this condo was its prime location. Inlet Beach is a hidden gem, with quiet stretches of beach that are perfect for a picnic or an evening stroll along the ocean. The condo was just a short golf cart ride (provided at no extra cost) away from the beach, and nearby shops and restaurants made it easy to explore the area on foot. Overall, this condo exceeded my expectations in every way. The stunning views, modern amenities, and prime location made for a truly unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in 30A Inlet Beach, Florida.
