Beautifully two bedroom/two bath villa overlooking pool and tennis courts is just blocks from Hilton Head's Coligny Plaza.

Enjoy local cuisine, fishing, boating, water sports at the local marinas, entertainment and family fun around every corner.

Easy access with no steps going from our gated parking lot into the building. Parking is free enter the foyer and take the elevator to the third floor.

Condo includes:
Fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances.
Living room with dining area for 6, large screen smart TV's opens to balcony overlooking pool.

Master bedroom ensuite full bathroom, king bed TV
Secondary bedroom bunk bed- full on bottom twin on top, queen bed.
Second full bath shower tub

Outside;
Balcony overlooking pool for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee.
Pool - Tennis - Lagoons and courtyard area with grills and picnic tables.

Great for our family!

We loved staying at this property. The rooms were very big and we had plenty of space to spread out. We had our baby in our room and our toddler had the kid room all to himself. The living space was more spacious than the pictures give it credit for. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, but we primarily ate out. The location is perfect. Very close to the beach and walking distance to Coligny and the big playground. Check-in was easy and the building was nice.

Question of cleanliness

When we arrived at the location there was construction due to a waterpipe burst. There was some activity to resolve however dry wall dust was over everything especially the kitchen. We did request a clean up. Someone came and wiped kitchen down and few other areas. Later we vacummed everything as dust was everywhere. Bathtubs are old and dingey. Beds and pillows are worn and should have protection (anti-allergin covers). Couch and chairs need cleaning. Building needs some paint and upgrades.
