Welcome to our 2 Bed/2Bath, 4th floor unit that sleeps 8! The beach and pool views are incredible and you have easy access to all Gulf Shores has to offer. Ocean House II boasts the largest, heated pool in the area.
This unit is located right off the elevator in the center of the building.
Primary Bedroom has access to the oversized balcony with a front and center view of the gulf. Our spacious guest bedroom is great for hosting a family of 4, with its own ensuite. Living room has sleeper sofa. Enough comfortable sleeping for 8!! Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance at this property.

Ocean House II offers a beautiful ZERO ENTRY HEATED POOL that is accompanied by a view of the Gulf.

Check-in information and door codes- will be sent a day prior to your stay and at noon the day of your arrival to the email address that you used when your trip was booked.
Previous guests often leave beach items for others to enjoy. Feel free to leave items you do not wish to take with you as well. Do not take beach items you did not provide as they are an added luxury for future guests. You may want to bring your own beach chairs/toys to ensure you have the items you need as we do not guarantee supplies will be left.
Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store the first night you arrive.

Parking Short-term Guests Rate: 7 nights or less is $40.00 per pass. Limit of 2 passes per unit. Cash Only Monthly Winter Guests: $40.00 per month from November 1 to March 1. If a guest has been staying monthly – November, December, January or February and their stay continues into March, their rate will continue to be $40 for the month of March. Cash Only. You will pay at the guard shack upon arrival or call 251-504-1717 for additional parking pass information.

A Must stay
This is by far one of our favorite places to visit. So much so that we stayed here twice!! The Condo is located in a perfect spot on the gulf. The cleanliness, amenities, and responsiveness from the owner made our visit memorable. 100% percent recommend

Unbeatable beachside pool
There is no better pool for little kids right next to the beach! The large zero depth pool and toddler pool was AMAZING as our little guy didn't like the beach. If you are a beach goer, you have the easiest access right here! Condo itself has a great view and was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The owners have it decorated so cute but it is starting to show its age; renovations needed. Also pillows were sad and flat; we flew to gulf shores but bring your own if you drive. Disappointing that parking isn't included in your rental fee.

This was our second year staying in this condo. We really like it. It does need a little TLC. The sliding doors need repairs, neither lock. Also master bedroom needs new drapes on siding door. The ones now are dirty and they don't cover the door.
Other then that, it was great. Location is perfect!

The views were beautiful with regard to this condo, but there is a lot of things that need to be fixed. The shower in the main bedroom, as well as the toilets did not drain well. A previous tenant had stuffed a dirty dish rag in the garbage disposal, which left a stench. The air conditioner was leaking. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And there were dust bunnies in the corners.

Great location
The location was great, and the communication was excellent. There were only a couple issues, such as one toilet wasn’t flushing at all when we first got there and the other had a giant crack in it and I was afraid it would get worse (it didn’t.) But when I messaged Donna about the toilet, she sent maintenance over quickly. Greatly appreciated the attention. As I’m sure is common in that climate, there was what appeared to be mold in the shower area. Dehumidifiers could be helpful. Overall we are happy we stayed here and the location couldn’t have been better. Super easy and convenient check-in instructions. Nice pool area but there were five crabs in one of the hot tubs. Luckily they were noticed and removed before anyone got a surprise pinch!
