Great accomodations

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was fantastic. Great location and the modern home was very clean. Comfortable beds. Several restaurants including the beach were a few minutes walk. Many surf schools nearby. Would highly recommend.

Modern Luxury Villa in Paradise

I had the pleasure of staying in this property with my wife and two kids (ages 12 and 9) for a week in March (2025).There are too many good things to share to keep the review under 10,000 words. However, the following were some of the major benefits:1. The location is perfect. 2 minutes walk to the beach and close to food and retail amenities.2. The Villa is lovely, modern, spacious, and impeccably maintained.3. The owners are easy to communicate with. Smart, classy people.4. There is nothing about this property or the process of booking, checking in, or checking out that could be improved. It’s a true 10/10. If you are considering Nosara and are down to a handful of properties- this should jump to #1.

Gorgeous villa in Nosara

Very chic, new, spacious villa with excellent location steps from the beach in the heart of Guiones. Our two bedroom villa was immaculate and exceeded expectation in every way; better than the pictures! The outdoor patio is equally well appointed and inviting. The villa is situated in a compound with a few others and each is completely private and tranquil. Victor is an ace host who helped with airport transfers, ATV rentals, and great restaurant recommendations. Response time was almost always immediate. Spent a week in the Nosara with my two college age kids for surf and yoga. We've been coming here for ten years and have always stayed in boutique hotels, but this was a much better option in terms of luxury, space and value. Highly recommend Beachside Villas!

A Fantastic Stay!

My 2 friends and I stayed for 10 days, and our stay was wonderful! The space was open, airy and light filled, the decor was modern and new, the beds super comfortable and storage and closets were plentiful. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed which was great as we cooked quite a bit. We LOVED the outdoor space and spent a lot of time there. The owners were so responsive and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate all of our requests. The location so close to the beach and surprisingly quieter than expected. We will definitely go back!
