Beautiful view and great location-would stay again

Unit is decorated beautifully, pictures and description is exact as described. Beautifully ocean view with wrap around deck. Everything you need is in unit. Unit could have been cleanedBetter upon arrival. Would have been nice to have more bath towels in unit, instead of constantly washing them as well as a patio set on deck. Communication with resort could have been better. We were not aware that we had to pay for beach chairs/loungers, very expensive, however unit did have chairs to bring, just not loungers for the beach. arrilll

Overall we loved staying here. There wasn’t any bedding for the pullout besides a sheet, but other than that there really wasn’t any complaints about the place. The location is perfect, and the host was very sweet and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I was satisfied but worn out over the elevator situation. I am on oxygen 24/7 and my condo was all the way at the end hallway by broken elevator. I rented 3 rooms for my family and the girl at the desk gave me my sons key code which didn’t work on my door. Paula did fix this situation. I understand the elevator has been broke for some time. It was a great time but I felt like I ran the mile. The view from our room was beautiful. Condo was nice but expensive. Didn’t care for the couch.

We had a great stay.

The room looked exactly like the pictures. It had everything that we needed. The communication with the property manager was good. She responded timely with any questions that we had. Overall, we had a great week. I would recommend this condo to someone else.

It was good

I was great, our room was beautiful the beach was clean same with the pool. one thing i will say is that you will be waiting 30-60 mins to get on the elevator and the elevator has no ac. there was a couple with 3 babies that couldn't even get on the elevator! but other than that it was amazing!

The only complaint I have is with the summit itself the elevator is always messed up! The elevator to our side of the condo didn’t work at all and the other three elevators was always messed up, it was also this way last year when we stayed! But the condo itself was amazing but the summit building itself needs some upgrades!!!

The elevator closest to our room was out of order the entire stay and not only that, but Sunday morning also only one elevator was working so we had to carry all of our stuff down to the beach 11 flights of stairs. Cooler, toddler, etc. It was either that or wait 2 hours for an elevator that every single person there was using. Would stay here again. We stay here almost every year so I would say we are a fan.

Nice & Clean

Overall, we loved the condo. Literally the only complaints were the overhead light and one of the lamps in the master did not work. The problem was reported, but it didn't get fixed. It wasn't a deal breaker though. The natural light from the windows helped. Also, the ventilation in the master wasn't great. Could not feel the a/c through the vents. Other than those simple items, we enjoyed the room!

Memorable July 4th.

We loved this unit. It was very clean. It has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and they were so comfy. Also 2 bathrooms. I can not say enough wonderful things about the property manager. She was available when I had questions. I booked in February and it had no reviews. I told Paula that for The last 2 years we rented from other management companies and they were so disappointing dirty bugs water leaks etc.. Paula promised that would not be the case and she was so right. We will diffently be repeat customers. Thank you Paula you are a rock star!!!

Double Red Flags but still the BEST vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the Summit before but this was by far the best unit so far. We loved being on a corner and having a view of the sunrise, the main strip and the beach at all times. When the storms came in, we were still able to enjoy being outside by simply going around the corner out of the wind/rain. The unit was decorated appropriately with a "beachy" theme and the beds were comfortable. Having two bedrooms/two bathrooms was so convenient and the layout of the kitchen, being open to the rest of the living area made gatherings a pleasure. The elevator wait times weren't horrible for being on the 11th floor. I think the longest we waited was about 10 minutes but we just went to the middle elevators (there are 2 in the center of the building and one on each end). The check in process the morning after we arrived was easy and the employees of the Summit were all friendly and helpful. We will be renting from Salty Life again! The property manager Paula was easy to work with, always available for my endless questions and super nice. The unit was as advertised and we were extremely happy to be there and sad to leave.

Last minute owner cancellation

We booked this property well ahead of our stay and were looking forward to it. It was in the same condo building as snowbird friends we were travelling to visit with. Less than a week before we were to leave I got a call from the property manager to tell us that the owner had decided to extend his stay and would no longer rent to us. This was a very stressful experience for us and I would not recommend this place to anyone for fear he does the same thing again The property manager was very helpful and understanding and ended up getting us another place to stay but in a different building which totally changed our time with our friends
