This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom. A second bedroom provides one full size and one twin bed, and the living room offers 1 queen size sofa sleeper. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $425 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $300 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 7 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.
