The cottage was everything we expected. It was easy access to everything we wanted to do, along with being close to family. Even though it was a quick trip, the time spent with family was priceless and the cottage accommodated all our needs. It was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with the necessary appliances, cookware and tableware. The fan remotes in the bedrooms had a learning curve, but once we figured it out, we were good.We will be booking the cottage for future trips, so hope this gem will be available!

Great host, very attentive to anything!!! Perfect location for us and very close to anything you should need in Lindale. The bed was comfy (yeah for the KING bed and plus it was sleep comfort!!), the space was great! We will definitely come back! Thanks so much for a great place to stay!

Very nice and home feeling, clean . Only thing King bed was not comfortable we felt the springs in mattress to much and has a small low toliet. Would love that update. We loved the feel and plan on going again . Nice kitchen to cook in. We enjoyed it a lot. It felt like a little home to come back to each day.

July 4th Family Trip

Family gathering July 4th weekend overflowed the ranch house. We needed rooms nearby and this was the perfect location. Cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. All furnishings and appliances in excellent condition. Owner answered immediately when I had to call to confirm location. (There are 3 driveways within 100 meters, 2 are unmarked, and my GPS wasn’t accurate enough to choose the right one). Might be helpful for future guests if there was a house number somewhere. Otherwise just look at the exterior picture on the listing so you know what the place looks like. I appreciate the effort it takes to maintain a rental property so immaculately. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lindale.

Second time just as great as the first!

We loved this property the first time so we stayed again. So peaceful and quiet! Exceptionally clean and comfortable, has everthing you need need to feel right at home. Hosts are very responsive to questions and take care of their guests.

Definitely a must!

This cottage was in an excellent location to the events we had for the weekend and was exactly as described! Perfect size, easy to access, warm and welcoming interior with comfortable beds to boot! I especially loved there being a ceiling fan in all main and sleeping areas of the house. I would definitely stay here again!

Girls’ Weekend

We loved how cute this property was and its proximity to Lindale. It was nice and private with lots of space for all of us.We’d love to see the addition of some wine glasses in the kitchen and mirrors in the bedrooms but otherwise loved the property.

Lovely home and close to town

We were in town for a family gathering and it was close enough to town to do what we needed to do. The land and the setting of house was just lovely. It was clean and held our family very comfortably. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Barndo

Stayed at this fantastic barndo with my family. Clean, well decorated, lots of necessities provided (Kleenex, kitchen with all the right utensils, cups, plates, Tupperware, etc.) that made stating there a delight. Peaceful plot of land, trees and nature right outside the window. My compliments to the owners for thinking of all the ways to make your guests stay pleasant and comfortable.

Great Family Getaway

We can to visit family for the holidays. The house was great and immaculately clean. Furniture and bedding was great. The location is good for a quick run into Tyler or anything you would need right there in Lindale. Would definitely book again.

The house is absolutely cute.

Perfect house plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortable. The fan in the livingroom didnt work and a shade over the fron hlass door would have been nice. Also, if you turn the water on in the kitchen, it makes a really creepy knocking sound in the ceiling. But other that....over all great house. We would definitely stay again.
