This 3BR/2Ba cozy retreat is nestled on a private 2 acre tract that offers privacy and amenities just for you and your guests up to 8 people. Enjoy the wonderful sounds of nature and short trails in this peaceful, serene-backyard oasis. Enjoy the hot tub area or just swing the afternoon away. BBQ area and a large outdoor living space is the ultimate spot for rest and relaxation.

We are located near downtown, just a few minutes off I-20 in Lindale, Texas. Local Restaurants are just minutes away.

~20 minutes to Texas Rose Horse Park
~35 minutes to Tyler and 1 1/2 hours to popular Dallas shopping and airports

Please treat our home like your home. We strive hard to provide a clean space and nice linens so refrain from eating and drinking on the sleep spaces
BE GENTLE on the septic system. ABSOLUTLEY NO wipes or sanitary napkins. ONLY TP can be flushed. Trash cans provided in each bathroom for disposal.
Though we are in the country, no EXTREME loud music/or noise. Pls be respectful of the surrounding community. NO kid play in fountains/garden areas.

This place is fantastic. The property is clean and has everything you need. The owner was super helpful and kind! Perfect place for our family to stay while visiting family in the area! Hope we get to come back soon!

Great place

We stayed here for a weekend trip because our daughters (who are all friends) were showing at Texas Rose Horse Arena. It was very conveinent, and much nicer than the hotel we usually stay in. There was room to spread out, a full kitchen which is well stocked, and the property itself is very relaxing. The hot tub was a great bonus!!

Peaceful retreat

The house and furniture was very comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything to make it an enjoyable time. The decor made it feel like home away from home. We loved the garden and swing. I would come back again for sure. It was close to town and restaurants as well

Perfect in every way!

What a wonderful property! The layout was perfect for two couples. We had private spaces for sleeping and plenty of areas - indoors and outside, to spend time together. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful and private backyard....and finished most evenings in the hot tub. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to see. The property was very clean and well stocked. Excellent communication with the owner. We highly recommend this property.

We just loved this home and the owner. The home is lovely. I especially loved drinking my coffee on the swing and feeding the horses carrots. There is a beautiful field next door and when the sun comes up, so pretty. This is everything listed and more. A well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, huge living room and beautiful dining room. The owner is fabulous! I stayed a month and wished I could have stayed longer. All in all this one is a blessing and a keeper!

GREAT!!

I rented this place for myself and close relatives to stay together during the weekend of my granddaughter’s wedding in the Lindale area. The location of the VRBO was perfect for us. The house was very nice, in a beautiful rural setting, with well kept grounds. It was clean and comfortably furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Beth provided helpful information about check-in, house rules, and how to contact her if we needed anything during our stay. We had a wonderful time there. I would definitely recommend this VRBO!!

Ladies Getaway

We had a great ladies getaway at The Getaway Lindale. Our group of five ladies were on our annual trip. The pictures do not do justice to how great this home and the yard are. It is a great location close to everything. The owner Beth is incredible. I have never had a host this friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our time at the property! Beth was easy to get ahold of if anything was needed, but we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Gorgeous home and property with main essentials provided. It was close to town which was convenient as well! The outdoor front porch cover area and hot tub was great for relaxation as well! We hope to stay her again in the future!

Wedding Memories

We used this property as a base for the Grooms (my son) family and Groomsmen. We are frequent VRBO clients and so many times it's very apparent that the homes are for profit only. However, this property owner Beth has the gift of hospitality. We felt like we were honored quests not like she was doing us favor for "letting" us stay there. The property was a beautifully landscaped oasis even though it was the center of activity. The home was immaculate with every possible need met including abundant parking. We had the best of both worlds, remote area with the convenience of being within minutes of shopping and our Venue Picker Pavilion. Not enough stars!
