It is a dream space with too much to offer not only for its central location but for the experience of making client feel how special he is. When walking through it you breathe a modern air keeping it simple but captivating.
We are talking about a space of 450 square feet distributed in hall, kitchen, bathroom and a great bedroom with internet/ smart tv 42’’/ workspace, parking always available, and private terrace. Our goal is work hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Nice Neighborhood location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a very nice neighborhood close to everywhere we needed to go for our visit. The unit was very clean, modern and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend it to anyone, especially a couple.

Quick Florida Getaway

Just what we needed for our quick getaway to FL. We were able to get Ubers to and from the property into Tampa and had everything we needed. The property was clean and plenty of space. We would absolutely stay there again!

Very quiet cosy and comfortable good shower 🚿 and relaxing. Dog friendly, (dog) Reco enjoyed his stay. Handy for beach walk at low tide 🌊. Great hosts.

This property was in exceptional condition and beautifully decorated. The owners take great care of it, and it shows. It is a wonderful place to stay and it was very comfortable for all four of us. It was clean and was without bugs. The fenced in, private outside porch was a nice touch and was very comfortable to stay in both in the morning and late at night. I would definitely recommend!

Nice studio in a quiet residential neighborhood

A private guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Tampa. Easy and quick trip to the airport as well as the Tampa stadiums and the highway network. Studio itself was cozy and well appointed, and felt welcoming even after a week. I would recommend!

The property was nice and very convenient - only thing I would say it needs is some furniture - two chairs to be able to watch TV from rather than laying in bed. And you need a frying pan! These are just my opinion, it was a great stay

This was probably the cleanest vrbo I’ve stayed in.

This is probably the best way someome could set up a garage studio- it’s quite I never heard the main house at all- it’s more private than you’d think- really nice neighborhood! There’s no windows so if you’re looking to get a great nights sleep this is it

It was easy to get in and out, close to grocery, dining, and other Target/Walmart stores. It was very clean! Communication was spot on, wifi worked well. The one thing I underestimated was not having any windows.
