I loved this property! Best location in South Tampa on a super quiet street. I really loved the layout with the giant bathroom area to get ready. Super comfy bed, A/C works like a charm, cute little patio. Would definitely stay here again!

David's place is fantastic, clean, private, and a gem. Easy check-in and very responsive; I was able to use one of the bikes and David readjusted the bike seat for me, even had a bike light for me. I truly enjoyed my time there and the location (so close to Bay Shore) is wonderful. Would stay again, for sure. Thanks for a great time :)

This was a perfect location for anyone traveling alone. I’m not usually willing to stay at a rental where the owners are also on site however I made the exception since I was traveling alone this time. I was not bothered in the slightest while I also felt very safe. It was a beautiful residential neighborhood. The space was not fancy but it was extremely clean and had everything you would need minus a kitchen. I’m not one who really wants to cook on vacay anyway. It was very quiet allowing a good nights rest. I wouldn’t have even known the owners were there had their cars not been in the driveway. I thought it was kind of them to make sure you had coffee and REAL creamer and even a couple of starter adult beverages should you want to relax in the evening. The location was excellent for attending an event on base. There were tons of good restaurants and shopping areas close provided you had a rental vehicle. I would definitely stay again if I ever need to visit the Tampa area. Thank you.
