Cathy was a great host and the condo had great family amenities, had a nice welcome gift and lots of small details covered (nice decor, books, bathroom spray, etc.)

We had an amazing long weekend! The condo was just as pictured and described, the amenities & beach access were enjoyed, and Cathy was incredibly kind and very communicative! All the little details Cathy provides, from the games and toys for all ages, kitchen and bathroom extras, and access to beach accessories, we were sufficiently set up to have a wonderful trip!! I highly recommend checking this condo out and look forward to our return visits.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay! The condo was so clean and had everything you could possibly need and our host was amazing! I forgot to pack a few things and was so pleasantly surprised to find the items there for us! I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone!

My family of 4 enjoyed the use of this condo while we visited for a travel ball tournament. The condo is very clean, decorated nicely, and a comfortable and fun place to stay while in Atlantic Beach. My boys loved the water slide at the pool. The owner was very responsive to communication and went out of her way to make sure everything was prepared for us. She also had a very nice gift basket awaiting us upon arrival.

We love Atlantic Beach and have stayed at multiple properties. This one has been our favorite! The room is exactly as advertised. Cathy left a sweet welcome basket too! Don’t bother packing beach chairs, toys, games, or beach towels as she has it all here for you! The property is beautiful and so close to the beach. If you have kids they will love the giant outdoor pool with a water slide. We hope to be back!

I go on 3-4 beach trips a year- all different places, and this was by far the cleanest place that I have ever stayed in. The place was also well stocked beyond what I normally see. It was perfect for me and my family. Highly recommend!

This has been one of our easiest and best vacations thus far. We have stayed at other condos at A Place at the Beach, but this was by far the best. Cathy was very responsive to my questions and so friendly. I felt at ease the entire process. I loved the white floors as it really brightens everything up. Literally anything we needed, it was already there. You can clearly tell from the communication, to the toys for my kids to play with while there, to the welcome basket, this place was hosted with love and care. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! Wonderful host and super, super clean apartment. The room was stocked well with anything and everything you could think of (or may have forgotten). Our kids really loved the pool and the slide and the soccer field. I loved the balcony and the close walk to everything on the property, including the beach. We went in the busy time of summer but honestly this place was so spread out that it didn’t feel crowded at all and the pool was plenty big. We hope to stay here again in the future!!!

This is a great condo with a great location. Everything was so well thought out and we really appreciated all the provided amenities. We found the beds to be very comfortable. We did have a chilly April week so could not make use of the outdoor pool, but we were thankful for the indoor pool and hot tub. We definitely hope to return in the future.

This was our second time staying in this condo. It was extremely clean and provided all the necessities needed for a weekend getaway. The unit is updated and lovely decorated. Plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers! Great space with a balcony that overlooks the pool. It was disappointing that the pool/water slide was not operating this weekend however the weather allowed for some beach time!

The condo is very clean, facility has everything you need (though right now they are doing a lot of renovations to areas, I imagine before busy season starts. For me, the thing that stands out the most, is the wonderful host, Cathy & her husband. She goes over & beyond to make your stay wonderful & always replies back very promptly. That is part of the reason we chose to stay here again.
