Condo récemment rénové W / Super Ocean Views! Accès facile à la plage.

Récemment rénové. Condo 3 chambres dans la belle île d'émeraude, NC!
Unité au 1er étage dans le grand complexe Summerwinds. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec 32 'TV à écran plat w / DVD. La chambre n ° 2 a un lit queen size et la chambre n ° 3 a deux lits superposés, parfait pour les enfants! Salon a beaucoup de sièges et une télévision à écran plat de 42 'w / Blue-Ray DVD.
La cuisine est neuve w / belles nouvelles armoires, comptoirs en granit, et tous les appareils en acier inoxydable. Condo a nouveau système AC, chauffe-eau et volets de la plantation à travers tout le condo. Trois piscines extérieures et une piscine intérieure chauffée à l'eau salée à l'intérieur du complexe sportif. Amusez-vous en jouant au tennis, au racquetball ou en marchant sur la plage à la recherche de coquillages et en regardant les dauphins jouer dans les vagues. Communauté fermée avec sécurité 24 heures. De nombreuses commodités pour vous faire sentir détendu et confortable dans notre condo.
Êtes-vous prêt à faire de merveilleux souvenirs de famille? Nous espérons vraiment!

Exceptional! Can't say enough good things about this place! It was clean, well stocked kitchen, GREAT location in the complex. Great place with a view

Excellent spot right in the middle of the island. Clean and well decorated, also well stocked with essentials in the kitchen and lots of games to play if its rainy. Owner communication was amazing and check-in was super easy.

Wonderful beach getaway for entire family

carey and Tom have a beautiful beach condo and have made usfeel so very welcome during our stay. Everything was perfect: starting with the great decoration of the condo, to the groundfloor acces to community pool and just steps from the beach. Our kids (7 and 9) loved the ocean, we enjoyed the easy atmosphere, and would love to come back next year.

Nice condo on the beach

Well appointed spacious condo , on the first floor of a multi floor building . Steps from a nice pool and a few steps more from lovely Indian Beach . Beautiful surf, and a wide beach full of shells . Had fun exploring the surrounding towns . Looking forward to a return trip.

Our family has vacationed in the Emerald Isle area for more than ten years and we have stayed at many places in that time. We came across Summerwinds several years ago and it was just perfect for our family! They have more of a 'resort' feeling by all the amenities on the property. We just always enjoyed our time here and felt very grateful that we were able to purchase a condo in this community.

Our condo has had a complete renovation. We have continued to make improvements each year for our guests enjoyment. Being a 1st floor unit, it is great to pull up, unload your stuff and walk out the back right to the main pool and beach access. Very easy access to everything within the complex.
