Great location

I loved staying here. So close to all the Disney parks, ESPN center, and Disney Springs. Also shopping near by. The condo has a great location in Storey book. It is close to the entrance and adjacent to the small pool. The big pool was awesome and not too crowded.

Beautiful condo in a great resort!

We had a perfectly relaxing stay at this condo in Storey Lake! Communication was excellent, check in and out were easy and well outlined, the property was clean and just as described! Storey Lake is a huge development but we love the location of this condo because it is right next to the small pool, where we spent most of our time, and within walking distance of the large pool and clubhouse. I recommend this property without a doubt and will be back to visit in the future!

The condo looked just like the pictures. Very clean, very nice. Fernando was excellent to deal with. Our family would definitely return.

Quick Florida Vacation

We have stayed at Story Lake before and really like the location and ease of getting to the major parks. Our stay this time was no different. We really like how close the grocery store is and how easy the access is to it. Parking has never been a problem. House was clean when we arrived and comfortable while we stayed there. Only thing that we missed out on was the qr code to be able to access the security gate easier our first time through. The onsite gaurd quickly checked us in and gave us a temporary qr code so it all worked out great.

Our trip to orlando

We had a great visit in this condo! Upon entering it was very clean and exactly what the pictures look like. We were near the elevator and trash chute but you would have never known it. The condo is right next to the pool and a walk away to the bigger pool with the lazy river. We went to Disney 5 days out of our 10 day stay and all parks were within 15 mins from the condo, which was very nice! Publix and Walmart were 5 mins away. The communication with the host was quick. We give a 10/10 for this property and will definitely be staying here again!

We've stayed other places for similar cost but nicer

Clean and easy to get into. The water park was not what we expected as the lazy river and slides were not heated. There was also no towels to use while at the pool, you were expected to bring your own. Most disappointed was in the master bedroom. The frame of the bed was broken so the bed was tilted. Even after pictures and reaching out for help, we only received a 20% refund but not on the totel price. Unfortunately, this was not one of our better stays.

Typically, guests who book last-minute may not thoroughly read the listing description, and this case was no exception. Pool towels are provided by us and can be found inside the bedroom closets, as clearly stated in our listing. The resort does not supply pool towels. Regarding the bed, I am still unsure of what exactly happened or who was responsible for the damage. However, we promptly repaired it after your checkout. As we discussed, guest satisfaction is our priority, which is why we issued a significant refund for your one-night stay—no questions asked. Please note that we cannot refund fees or taxes, as that is money we do not receive; we can only refund the cost of the night itself. I hope this clarifies the process so that you do not unfairly lower your reviews for other hosts who strive to ensure a great experience. Unfortunately, after hosting thousands of guests, I cannot recommend you to other hosts.
