This a perfect condo. Recently renovated and it is well appointed. Everything you need is there. It is very very clean and made me feel at home. They have a lovely outdoor space and you are 5 mins from WEF. David is a very nice host and is super attentive.

The stay at Villa Azalea was great. Communication with host was very pleasant, provided detailed information useful for the stay. The rental was attractive and, more importantly, clean! Compliments on this rental property.

Villa Azalea - 5 STAR STAY

Our family needed a comfortable and convenient stay near the horse show for my son. This home was more than perfect! It was one of the best stays as it was clean, well appointed, beds were very comfortable, had all the home away from home amenities, quiet and private. The was centrally located to all the shops and dining we will certainly book again!!

Great spot!

I was there for ESP and it's a short and easy drive to the showgrounds. The house was sparkling clean and it's close to everything you may need for your stay. David was a fantastic host - I managed to get a door stuck and he came out right away to fix it. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Was nice place. Only thing I saw was lot of dust and cob webs throughout house. I figured there would have been washcloths since there was towels but wasn’t.

Comfy and cute!

Host was very accommodating. Villa was extremely clean, cute and comfortable. Five minutes from everything you need and a short walk across the street to get some delicious frozen custard. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rent again.

"A Hidden Gem in Wellington — Villa Azalea Exceeded Expectations"

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay at this lovely VRBO property in Wellington. The home was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped — everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing visit was right at our fingertips.The location was ideal: a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping, dining, and everyday essentials. While we didn’t take advantage of the equestrian events or nightlife, the property offered a peaceful home base for our stay.The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process seamless. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-kept and conveniently located place to stay in Wellington!

Fabulous

My husband and I came to visit his family who lives in South Bay as well as see a dance recital our daughter helped with her cousin. When I walked in I was in aww of the cleanliness, decor and the overall appearance of the home. It was very warm and cozy. I will book this AirB&B on our next visit in March. Thank you for such a warm, clean and modern home

It was a beautiful villa. And the Hist David was very helpful. He even replaces the broken outside umbrella the very next day. The back yard was very maintained and private. A little loud with the road. But we enjoyed ourselves. The kitchen was the part of the house. Huge kitchen island for socializing. Everything thing always very clean . Only complaints would be the AC didn’t work too well in the bedrooms. I personally stayed in the guest room. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for me. However everyone is different. Also it wasn’t what we expected by the photos of the front of the property. And the neighborhood was a little busy with differ t people hanging out in the small parking lot. But over all very pleasant, and could recommend this place, if staying in Wellington for the equestrian trials experience.
