When I first arrived, cleaning lady was leaving. When I walked into the house, my shoes stuck to the floor. The entire house smell like animal pee
 I went to the store and bought a swiffer mop and mopped up the whole place then it was livable.

Did not realize the washer and dryer were outside in a shed. It would have been good to know that. It is a duplex that connects to another unit with a door on the inside that is locked. With that being said it is very clean and nice on the inside. Good value for the money.

Overall was good

The house was clean. Location was very convenient for us since it was 10 min from our event. It’s a quiet area. The host is a very sweet lady. On the other hand, the door has an issue, it’s hard to lock/unlock. This was reported from a guest in the past. No TV in the bedrooms, just one in the living room, this was not clear in the description. The dishwasher needs attention because when you open it the trays pop out and the door falls off. We had two incidents with this falling on our feet. We had to buy our own shampoo because there was not enough. Also I suggested putting curtains in the rooms, as it’s very bright in the mornings.

Very nice little apartment

Very clean, pleasant decor. Easy checkin and check out. Surroundings are not beautiful but nice inside. Stingy with towels and there was no soap except some bath wash. Hand soap for bath and kitchen would be nice, and more towels. Walls are thin, so if you are light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Marijuana smokers next door shared their smoke with us đŸ˜© , but that wasn't in property owner’s control! I would come again for this price - thank you!

Property ad showed pool/hot tub. There was no pool, no hot tub. There was no ice machine and the ice trays were all empty. The bed were terribly uncomfortableand were very hard. Lastly ring your own toilet paper. They only gave us 1.5 rolls. I will say the place was clean.

Wellington stay

This is a nice option if you are traveling to Wellington to watch the equestrian events. Very convenient location. Quiet residential neighborhood. We always felt safe there. Very clean 2 bedroom apartment. Adequate bathroom although it could use a shelf or stand for the placement of your personal care items. Tub/shower combo with good temperature and pressure. A few glitches - when we first arrived, the entry lock had the wrong combination so we had to call the host but she responded immediately. The front door bolt lock sometimes didn’t work so I had to double check that the door was actually locked. Kitchen needed dish towels and drying rack for washed dishes/glasses. Bathroom needed more towels and we couldn’t find supplies like extra TP. Sound insulation from neighboring unit could be better. But overall a good value and most of the items I mentioned are easily remedied.

Great location to WEF Showgrounds and Equestrian grounds. (12m drive) As well as Publix, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Also CVS and Walgreens to have you covered Great local restaurants (Moes is a must) Anna (host) is wonderful sweet and kind. There for you when you need her Neighborhood, a little rough from 1st view, but real nice group of neighbors. We took walks and a few runs - never felt unsafe at all. Very quiet, lots of dogs and people enjoying the outsides
