Welcome to our modern and spacious condo located in the heart of Pembroke Pines, FL! Our beautiful 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo is the perfect vacation rental for families, corporate executives, medical professionals and groups of friends. Our condo features an open-concept living space with plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare meals, and a private balcony with stunning views of the golf course. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, that converts into a futon and a flat-screen TV with cable for your entertainment.

The primary bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The futon is perfect for families or groups of friends with a queen bed. A second half bathroom is located off the hallway. Security gate

I had to deal with security every day in this gated community. Some days it would take 20 minutes to get thu security because there was a line of cars. There were some guards that couldn’t find we had an open gate policy. So i finally told the owner to put my name on the list as well. Not sure if that worked either. Finally we got to know one of the security guards and that helped when he was working. There needs to be a better system from the owner. Also his condo has been updated but the workman ship was poor. The vinyl board floors are seperating. The kitchen And bathrooms were good.

I enjoyed my stay . Property was clean and had everything I needed .property was located in a quiet and very safe area . Host was great and made our stay very smooth

Vintage property - Owner should "tone down" description

This property has a lot of potential but we had many small issues; microwave; ice machine; tv controller did not work.etc. (We could clearly see the microwave was unplugged and broke before we arrived) This property is not really "modern" or "beautiful" as described. (but has many stained spots; separating floors etc) There is not "stunning views of the golf course" but obstructed, with shades that don't work etc) The kitchen is not "fully equipped" and has very limited cutlery or essentials for making meals. This property has a lot of potential with some simple fixes. The owner should "tone down" the description a little. The rental overall was mostly very clean. The property location is awesome; the people are friendly and the surrounding area is an adventure.

If there is just 2 of you then this place will be ok...

This condo had a few cosmetic issues but nothing that would make it unlivable. It had nice linens and all the necessary kitchen tools. There was plenty of space for all of our things and groceries. I hate to give it a 3 but the issue was the living room furniture. The couch was fine but the chairs were not the kind you could sit in for very long. They have no arms and low backs. If there had been only 2 of us it would have been fine but with 3, the third person didn't really have a comfortable place to be. Because of this I wouldn't book again.

Convenient to Cleveland Clinic

Wonderful host. However there were several areas on property that needed attention. In the full bath there was water dripping from a hole in the the ceiling into the shower. I was told that was condensation dripping from the air conditioner that was on the roof. Also in the bathroom there was unfinished molding and a baseball sized hole in wall behind bathroom door. The host did send a cable guy to help set up the TVs in both the living room and bedroom.
