Fully rejuvenated in 2022 and newly furnished beauty right on the golf course with AMAZING VIEWS! Brazilian quartzite kitchen, all new floors, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, windows, patio sliders, window coverings, furniture, gas grill--everything! Full-size two car garage as well. Walking distance to restaurants and within minutes of all the best that winter in Phoenix has to offer. Great neighbors, community pools and and clubhouse.
The space
Three spacious bedrooms and two spotless new bathrooms. Two brand new king beds and one brand new queen. In-unit laundry as well, along with an extended patio for grilling and chilling.

The entire unit (227) is yours while you're here.

Owner is a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona and a separate rental agreement is also required. See attached sample.

The property was as described. Spacious living quarters with comfortable furniture and the patio and view were amazing. The property was very clean and well taken care of. Two very clean and heated pools and the grounds are beautifully landscaped within the community. It is steps away from miles of walking/biking/running paths and many restaurants and stores. Having a garage to park in was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend this property. The host was easily reachable and very responsive.

It was great to meet Pat and Bob and a pleasure to have them stay at our property. When they departed everything was spotless and we’d be very glad to have them visit again. I’d recommend Pat and her party to anyone when she inquires about your property.

Sit on the comfy patio furniture and check out those sunsets!
