Perfect for families or groups of friends, the duplex offers plenty of room to spread out and relax.
As you step into the main entry, you'll be greeted by three luxurious bedrooms, each with their own private ensuite bathroom complete with heated floors. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen beds, plush linens, and down comforters. The main bedroom features a separate tub and shower configuration and opens up to a deck overlooking the tranquil creek, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. There's also a large walk-in closet to store all your belongings.
Upstairs, you'll find an open living and dining area with large picture windows showcasing stunning mountain views. Snuggle up in the cozy living room next to the warm fireplace or gather around the dining table that seats up to 8 people. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including small appliances like a toaster oven, electric tea kettle, Insta Pot, slow cooker, blender, Moulinex food processor, and even an espresso maker.
Off the kitchen, you'll find an oversized family room with its own bathroom and shower, plenty of comfortable seating, and a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. The room also has a large TV and a walk-in closet for extra storage. There's even a powder room for guests to use in the hallway.
The property is within walking distance to the Wood River YMCA that offers day use pass with a fee to work out, swim etc. Only block away from the paved bike path, ride 20 plus miles and breathe in the beauty around you. The cleaning and linen fee covers the cost of cleaning the property after each guest stay, as well as providing fresh linens and towels. Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful deck with a BBQ and seating area (seasonally), or soak in the hot tub while surrounded by nature. The duplex also has a garage with room for two vehicles, a ski changing area, boot and glove warmers, and a shelf for ski helmet storage.
Pet Policy One dog under 50 lbs may be allowed with a pet fee, but must not be left unattended in the home and must be in a crate. The pet fee is $35 per night, and dogs are not allowed on any furniture or in any beds. MVP does not allow Pit Bull, Rottweiler, or Doberman breeds. No cats are allowed.
This duplex shares a wall with its neighbor but is very private and within walking distance to the Warm Springs dog park. Airbnb guests bringing an approved dog will be sent a special payment request for any nights beyond the one-night fee assessed, and the pet fee must be satisfied prior to arrival. No cats

Excellent property!
This is such a beautifully located and comfortable property. When I walked in I felt like I was home.. and so did everyone else. The view of the river, the hot tub, kitchen, bathrooms (heated toilet seat).. everything was just right. Close to town, hiking, and a dog park! This was just the rejuvenation I needed! We didn’t want to leave :)

Better than we expected!
The pictures did not do this house justice. Everything about it was great. The hosts were easy to contact, answered questions in a timely manner. The house was well stocked with everything from the kitchen to the toiletries. The layout worked great as we could all l be together or have a quiet spot. Loved looking out the beautiful windows overlooking the creek, seeing our elk visitor everyday and time was well spent at the game table.
We would definitely stay here again and are all ready thinking of when.

We absolutely loved this place and will definitely return! Highly recommend!!
The location is perfect—close to town and great restaurants/shopping and close to the lifts. If you have a dog, there‘s a huge, natural dog park within a 2-minute walk for your dog to romp and make friends. It is also groomed for Nordic skiing.
The home is wonderful and we can‘t wait to come back with friends. It‘s super clean. The beds are very comfortable—smooth sheets and warm duvets—and the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the closets have plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked and has every convenience. We cooked in almost every night. The family room has games and a large flat-screen smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Plus there’s a large hot tub that was also great after skiing. We had to do some work while we were there—so were happy that there’s a desk and strong wifi.
One of our favorite things to do was to sit in the living room looking out of the large plate-glass windows onto the stream, trees and hill-side and watch the dogs run by. It‘s a beautiful scene. We even saw some elk!
The two-car garage has room to hang skis, plus there are boot warmers in the garage and the closet room. There‘s definitely a lot of attention to detail in this place.
Finally, Dan and Rachel are a joy to work with. Very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be back. Can‘t wait!
