Bienvenue Ă  l'Ouest Ketchum.

Notre français chateau chalet inspiré est proche de tout et loin de rien.

Imaginez ĂȘtre Ă  distance de marche du centre-ville Ketchum encore paisiblement retirĂ© de l'agitation et du bruit de la rue principale ... tous dans le mĂȘme endroit. 

Entrez dans notre chalet Sun Valley pour trouver des étages de grÚs, des détails fins de bois et murs en plùtre de la main toute la structure des biens main personnalisé 2. 

La grande cour et le jardin sont une oasis de feuillage en été et une superbe toile de fond enneigées peupliers venir de l'heure d'hiver. Montagne chauve plane directement derriÚre la propriété. 

Chaque coin vous surprendra par la qualité, détail, ajustement et la finition. 

Le grand salon dispose de deux canapés et contient une zone de rassemblement de HDTV, foyer au bois et un bar qui permet à chacun de passer du temps ensemble et se détendre.

Pompes Le systÚme audio Bose à riches décors musicaux tandis que l'éclairage dramatique d'ébénisterie ci-dessus donne le ton pour une soirée sensationnelle. 

Tout le monde reste dans le mélange avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon tous connectés et donnant directement sur le patio et le verso barbecue expansif et bain à remous.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay over NYE. The house was well appointed, very comfortable, and a perfect location to town and to Baldy. Richard was also really helpful, easy to connect with and proactively made sure that our stay went well. Highly recommend staying here if it's available.

Fantastic Place to stay in Ketchum

This home is in a great location (easy walking distance to town and easy short drive to skiing), it's extremely well maintained, and the owner is very responsive. The kitchen is well appointed and the bed rooms are all comfortable and clean. It's also very warm and cozy for a winter stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Perfect spot for a family gathering!

We had a great spring week here, with three generations gathered for a graduation. The house and apartment were perfect. Kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed the hot tub and made extensive use of the BBQ. The location was great - everything in Ketchum is easily walkable from here, and it’s easy to pick up the bike path. Amazing stay - highly recommend!

Fabulous home in Ketchum

Our family loved staying in your house. We loved the feeling of being in a French countryside home the location was ideal. We had plenty of room and loved all of the amenities. Our host was very attentive, and appreciated all of his help with anything that came up.

February family fun

The property was lovely - decor French countryside in Ketchum, and great location-close to downtown. Easy and quick drive to River Run. Rooms cozy and beds comfortable. One thing about the futons in the cubbies - the futons are on the floor- not on a frame so not really a comfortable place to sleep unless you are a child. Kitchen was great well stocked. Enjoyed our stay very much and the property manager, Richard was fabulous. Thank you for a great stay.

The best VRBO I’ve ever rented

The home in Ketchum had it all; incredibly well outfitted with the highest quality towels and linens on a par with a five star hotel. The home itself made you feel like you were in a Chateau in the French countryside. Walking distance to town and outdoor skating in a quaint neighborhood less than a mile to the lifts as well as the Sun Valley Lodge. Plenty of room to spread out, relax and enjoy meals and time together for our family of ten. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible property in the heart of Ketchum!

We loved the property with more than enough beds for our group of 9. Kids had their space and loved the hot tub! Double ovens made cooking big meals a breeze! Home and kitchen is extremely well appointed. Definitely will be staying here again!!! Loved the view and the experience.

Family Summer Vacation

Outstanding family home in a great location of west Ketchum. Beautiful yard and outdoor dining space. We stayed for over 2 weeks and the house had every supply/amenity that we required for an excellent vacation. We had a heat wave while at the house and it stayed quite cool and comfortable. Quick access into town either walking or on a bike. We hope to return!!

We loved the location and the house was well stocked! Couple things I think are worth mentioning for future guests is the “cubbies” are essentially closets with futons in them and no windows so not really sleepable. Also I know there is no way to avoid this but there was a house being built right behind us so every day at 8am there was a lot of construction noise, impossible to sleep in - especially given there is no A/C so you need to sleep with the windows open. Overall we loved our stay which is why I’m giving 5 stars, but if we had needed to use the cubbies we would have been in trouble. I think there should be pictures of them so guests know what to expect.

Clean, comfortable and charming

This house is a perfect retreat in Ketchum and has everything you can possibly think of including a heated driveway so you dont have to shovel in the winter! The hot tub is a great place to end hour long skiing days and the beds are comfy. Richard is amazing to work with! I highly recommend.

The property has a beautiful setting with a lovely comfortable interior. It was a bit smaller than anticipated. It sleeps 8 easily, but the other 3 beds are only good for very young children. There's a very nice walk right to the river which we really enjoyed.

Wonderful house plus garage apartment which was well suited for our family get together and offered a place for parents of 1 year old twins a quiet place for naps, etc. Owner was very responsive to communications and check in was easy with complete guest instructions. Very nicely furnished house and beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood of Ketchum. It is a very short walk to public tennis/pickleball courts and downtown Ketchum is easily walkable.

Our family has been visiting Sun Valley since the 1960's as there's just nothing else like it. The combination of small town charm along with world class amenities and superb skiing make Ketchum & Sun Valley unbeatable!

In terms of our property in particular...Simply put, there's nothing else like our house in the Ketchum area. It's a made by hand French styled chateau/cottage with tremendous craftsmanship throughout. Beautiful natural woods & stones adorn the inside and out.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Being so close to town as well as having 2 structures on the property allows all visitors to enjoy time together as well as maintaining multiple daily itineraries. People can walk to and from town and the adjacent outdoor activities all throughout the day as they see fit.

Additionally, our home in particular is unique with its French inspiration and superb level of hand craftsmanship.

West Ketchum truly is the best of both worlds. We have full outdoor enjoyment areas yet are walking distance to Main Street. It's a real treat!
