The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for our stay. There was even a lemon tree outside the door so we had fresh lemons! The beds were especially comfortable, and the space felt relaxing and well cared for. The host was helpful and responsive throughout the trip, which made everything easy and enjoyable.

This property was perfect. Very spacious with a wonderful view from the back yard. The owner was very generous and welcoming. Great stay for a great price. Very satisfied with our stay.

Zafar was a wonderful host! He was flexible with my check-in time and gave me a thorough walkthrough of the unit when I arrived. I had a trunk full of groceries, and he kindly helped me carry them in. When I mentioned that we had a 3-year-old, he generously welcomed us to use his game room in the main house.He also made himself very available and replied quickly to messages. We didn’t need to reach him for anything during our stay, but for check-in and check-out he responded to texts within minutes, which made everything smooth and stress-free.My visit was at the end of September—while the weather outside was warm, the unit stayed pleasantly cool even without using the fans. The beds were very comfortable, and the view from the kitchen window was amazing.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Bay Area!

A hidden gem

Our host Zafar was so nice! We arrived into Oakland Airport late in the evening and Zafar was so kind - he waited for us to arrive to greet us personally. It's super close to the Cal State East Bay campus which is why we were in Oakland (our granddaughter was in a volleyball camp there). The washer and dryer are high-end front load capacity which we needed to wash our granddaughter's volleyball uniform daily. The beds were very comfortable. Zafar responded very quickly whenever we had questions. We felt very safe and cared for. I Compared to the hotel chains we saw as we drove around town, we were glad we booked this property. If our granddaughter goes to Cal State East Bay, we will definitely be rebooking with Zafar. I want to also mention that the bathroom shower was really good - the hot water got hot quickly, and the water pressure was great.

It was so pleasant to host Mary, Richard, and their granddaughter. The are very friendly, respectful and caring family. They went out of the way and brought me even a box of Hawaiin chocolates. They were very quiet and mindful throughout their stay and left the unit in a very clean state. I would love to host them again anytime.
