This home was made for large groups and families who desire some private space. With 4 bedrooms, and 3 of the bedrooms only containing 1 bed, you can be assured you will have some private space. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner unit, end tables.

2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
4th Bedroom - Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
If needed, set up queen air mattress in living area (sleeps 2)

The modern kitchen is spacious with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher oven, stove, ample counterspace, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, tea pot, toaster oven / air fryer, and many more!

The main attraction - the pool area! With a rare full sized pool, covered gazebo, and well lit in the evening, you can use it throughout the day for your entertainment! We also provide 4 beach chairs, beach mat, umbrella and pool towels.

You will have access to the interior of the house, private pool, gazebo and BBQ.

Access to the back yard is prohibited due to structure of the land being very steep.

Casa Aguda is located in the hillside of Aguada but 5 minutes to downtown. Our home is on a quiet residential street.

Feel free to message through the platform with any questions or concerns.

Casa Aguada Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm to 7:00am.

Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (ex: loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).

There is ample street parking and two spots in the driveway. We highly recommend renting a car, as there is no uber or public transportation.

*We only have sleeping arrangements for 10 guests - please note the beds for each room! We can allow up to 12 guests for an additional fee, as we have a queen sized air mattress to set up in the living room.

*Puerto Rico is a very outdoor oriented place with a rainforest feel. We do our best to protect the house from any insects and small lizards, but we cannot guarantee you will not see them during your stay. Luckily, none of the insects will hurt you, but for those coming from apartments in cities, it may come as a small surprise.

*We have a generator and water cistern that serve as backups in the case the water or power go out. These solutions are not perfect but tend to do pretty well. For an extended outage, we will work to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

*If you are booking your stay during hurricane season or major storm, please understand that most hurricanes have 3-5 days of warning before they arrive to the island. We kindly ask guests to cancel their trip(full refund) if a significant hurricane is coming to the island. We proactively message guests during this period.

*Beach Essentials- We provide beach/pool towels, umbrella, beach mat, cooler, (4) beach chairs however, to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests we do not provide scuba or snorkeling gear.

*Free parking on the street and in the driveway for 4 cars
Please no cats or exotic animals. We do allow up to 2 dogs for an additional fee.
