Wonderful townhouse with excellent proximity to the beach, pool, and fishing off from the bridge (within steps from the unit). The air conditioner works exceptionally well, all other appliances functioned as expected, comfortable beds. We did rent the golf cart (which we highly recommend). Smooth check in and out process. We caught several bream and a HUGE bass right outside the rental unit. Excellent location. All good things to say!

Noticed the house was not cooling as needed. Temperatures reaching 80 degrees at 1am. Reached out to manager and things were handled the next morning. There was no attempt to make things right for the inconvenience of the prior days. From a person that spent a good bit of time in the service industry, it wasn’t very good customer service.

Wonderful location, wonderful house!

This house was perfect for us -- 3 king bedrooms with separate baths. It also has an upstairs loft that a few kids could sleep in that we didn't need. Nice rooms, great view of a pond/open area, lots of seating. We ate in several times -- kitchens was pretty well stocked with equipment, etc. Nice big table for 8. Easy to drive/use golf cart (totally worth paying for the golf cart) to park near the beach. Beach always had people on it, but easy to find a place to camp. THey had some beach stuff, but we had mostly brought our own. Definitely recommend as beautiful, functional house.

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO, to Destin, FL, in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go-to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles most operations, including Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners' Statements, and Accounting, and helps oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowners at all times, but we are also available to our guests.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues.
We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are! Small gestures go a long way in this business! We love to WOW!
