Charmante maison unifamiliale avec beaucoup d'espace pour la famille et les amis. Cette maison est située à proximité de toutes les commodités de Sandestin et à un court trajet de la plage. 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain avec un maßtre surdimensionné, y compris un coin salon avec télévision et salle de bain complÚte avec douche à l'italienne. Comprend également une véranda, une terrasse et un balcon à l'étage. La maison comprend une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec un coin repas spacieux et un bar de cuisine. Cette maison a une salle de bain complÚte en bas avec douche à pied et est adjacente à la buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse.
La 2Úme chambre a un lit King avec un grand espace de rangement, la 3Úme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, une télévision et un placard de bonne taille. Salle de bain à l'étage a combinaison baignoire / douche.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

Property was near and clean upon our arrival and was located on the golf course! The Property Manager was very helpful. We stayed two weeks and had an excellent time. The golf cart was great for driving around the resort and traveling to the beach. We definitely will recommend anyone looking for a getaway to stay at this property as the home was beautifully decorated and the landscaping was amazing!
Property is exactly how it was described.

Excellent location!

The location of the home was so close to the restaurants and shops and the golf cart made the commute to the pool and beach so convenient. The house offered plenty of indoor and outdoor space and came with all of the amenities. Would highly recommend this property!

Quiet family Thanksgiving

We enjoyed our stay, and especially the 6 person golf cart! This villa was very quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving family vacation.

We had a great time and this was a nice place to stay. The owner was very easy to reach and communicative. I will say I do think the place needs updated a bit. The bathroom towel hooks were loose, the toilets were old, the sink in the master bedroom made a lot of noise. The pots and and pans also need replaced. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you for having us!

Another great Sandestin Trip

We have tried several spots in Sandestin, and this one was another great stay. It was perfect for us to bring our two kids and a set of grandparents. Very quiet area, and the golf cart was new and nice. Plenty of beach equipment and all of the household items we needed. We would definitely rent here in the future.

Great Location

The house is exactly as pictured, it was more than enough space for our family of 4. The location is great. The Sandestin Resort offers multiple pools, beach access, and Baytowne Wharf with restaurants and entertainment. Grand Boulevard next door to Sandestin also has a lot of great restaurants. You really don't have to drive very far to get anywhere and the golf cart was great for getting around and seeing the resort.

Perfect!

We loved our stay in Paula’s home. It was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The beds were all very comfortable, we appreciated the beach equipment/towels, and communication with Paula was excellent. The golf cart was a highlight and made it a breeze to get to the pool and the beach. The house was a perfect set up for our family of five, and we enjoyed the screened in porch.

Great Location

We love SanDestin and have been visiting for many years. This was our favorite property thus far. The unit is spacious and well kept. The 6 person golf cart was perfect. The property owner responded quickly to my question. The auto booking process was easy.

June Family Vacation

We had a great time at the property, it was convenient and close to all the amenities. The golf cart was amazing. The decor and layout of the home is very nice. However, it’s in dire need of a deep clean. I would recommend to others once cleaned. Overall had a wonderful time!!!

Week at the Beach!

The property was just as pictured /listed . Golf cart was great and really a must while staying at the resort . We had a great week and would stay at this property again . However would recommend getting a new grill as we were disappointed that we were unable to grill on the patio

Wonderful Vacation

The property was immaculate and perfectly suited to our family. There was plenty of seating in the living room and dining area, which sometimes we have found inadequate in previous rentals. We loved the large golf cart! It was a huge benefit that it was included with the house. The house is in lovely gated community but very close to shopping and necessities. Paula was wonderful about answering any questions before the trip and went out of her way to make our trip just perfect. We look forward to visiting her home again.

Great villa on 10th fairway of The Links

Very spacious and comfortable unit, especially the king bed. Great view from the screened in deck and from the balcony of the 10th fairway of The Links. Loved the use of a 6 seater golf cart as we had friends staying around the resort we could easily visit or pick up and drive to and from the Baytowne village or the beach. The large dining table also came in handy when having friends over for dinner. We were the first to use the new barbeque. Paula was amazing as far as being accessible when needed.

Perfect place to stay

We love visiting Destin, and we love this location. Golf carts are fun and we look for places that have one- this property has a 6 person cart. Plenty of room and the layout is great. The master bedroom is beautiful, and although I don't vacation in Destin for a large master, the seating area and the outdoor balcony was great to be alone for a moment and I made use of it. There were more than 8 beach towels which lightened the packing load. This property is the best location to cart to the beach, Baytowne Wharf, or to Publix. Tons of shopping and restaurants in the area. The beach area located near The Beach House Restaurant, I believe is the best location for convenience and amenities. The owner was very wonderful and very responsive.

Perfect location in Sandestin

This was our first time in Sandestin, and will not be the last. Sandestin itself is pretty incredible- beautifully maintained grounds, pools, attractions, restaurants
. The home is beautiful, exactly as described and has everything (really everything) you could want/need. We spent mornings drinking coffee on the balcony/patio or screen porch. The golf cart made things so convenient (and fun). We lugged a stroller, cooler and beach/pool things. Beach: the unit has a bunch of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys). The host communicated promptly when I had a couple of questions. Thank you Paula, we had an incredible stay.

spring break

It was our first trip to Destin area and it won't be our last. We vacationed with our 16 year old daughter and her friend and another couple. The host was quick to respond to any of our questions. There were enough bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen is on the smaller side but we only used for breakfast and snacks so it was fine. A deep cleaning is needed as we found cobwebs and dust bunnies which we removed. The beds were comfortable and the 2 king beds were perfect for the 2 couples. We enjoyed the view of the golf course. The golf cart was wonderful! We could get anywhere in the resort within 5 minutes from groceries to the beach. The pool at the fitness center was just down the road and it was a perfect spot to soak in the sun with a fabulous view. The Craft Bar, Slick Lips, and Tommy Bahama were our favorites for dining. Baytowne Wharf was very enjoyable for all!
