Our stay at this home was perfect. Cozy and relaxing and very close to the beach. They had everything you need to cook with, and everything you could need at the beach. Very convenient and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again next year!

This is our third summer booking this home. We love it so much has all we need as far as beach toys, umbrellas, bikes, towels! It’s spacious, beds are so comfy. Washer and dryer and ac is always a plus. So close to bay you can watch the SeaWorld fire works from steps away! Beach not too far as well! Drift vacation homes who manages property are fantastic! They are a text away at all times!! 10 out of 10 we’ll be back again!

Awesome property, perfect location!

Our family had an amazing time at this property. Everything you possibly would need is stocked. The little park in front was perfect for our kids. We will plan to stay here again!

AMAZING vacation home!

STUNNING Home! AMAZING Location! IMMACULATE! Decor was incredible, simple & lovely! Only a few (short) blocks from the bay and beach. Walking distance to Mission Beach with incredible restaurants & trendy shops, and amusement center at Belmont Park. The park has a great variety of rides for children (& adults) ;) and fun shops! We went 3 times ;) Our home and stay was quiet & perfect, in every...way! Side note :) even the (well-stocked) paper products, kleenex, paper towels & toilet paper were top quality. ;) Favorite vacation home, ever :)

This beach home is amazing!

We loved staying at the Surf Shack. It was clean and very comfortable. The beds were the perfect sizes, and the location is great.

Spectacular

A gem of a property from top to bottom that is run incredibly well. The unit is very well equipped and organized for anything you need from cooking to BBQ to working remote to lounging comfortably. Our two kiddos 2.5 and 4.5 were very comfortable in the bunks. Location is amazing; walk to beach, bay, local MB offerings, and the park-facing patio adds some extra beauty and convenience. Nice to have garage parking for a car. Honestly one of the best short-term rentals we can remember over the past decade. We will absolutely be back!

Best Vacation Rental

My family and I stayed in this immaculate rental in August 2023. The floorplan and set-up was perfect for my infant, toddler, spouse, mother, and myself. My mother had her own suite downstairs separate from us and the kids. The bunk room fit a pack n play easily; I think it could have fit in the primary suite upstairs as well but we would have had to move a table and it would be tight. The pictures do not do this rental justice. The house is beautiful! It is professionally stocked and organized with anything and everything we needed. It was easy to just arrive and function. I wish my own home was so organized! The property manager was very responsive throughout our stay (no significant issues but nice they were responsive). The location is beyond perfect for any and all activities we wanted to do. Very short and beautiful walk to a playground, the beach, the bay, and restaurants/coffee shops. There are also bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a wagon for use. The garage is narrow as mentioned and fit a Toyota Highlander easily but any wider SUV would be tight. We will absolutely be back and cannot wait to stay here again!

Amazing Place to Stay!

My family of 5 stayed at this property and I would highly recommend it! It is extremely clean, is in a great location, has all of the amenities and their communication was excellent. This property is in easy walking distance to the bay side and the ocean side and has all up-to-date appliances and furnishings. My entire family was happy to have stayed here.

Great location, clean modern house

Overall great stay and very helpful host. Location is very nice and walkable. Maintenance issue addressed same day. Only a couple minor issues. Namely the shower heads are not great in terms of water pressure and ease of use - would be nice to replace them with hose showerheads to make getting clean faster and easier. The bicycles are not in a good shape so you will likely need to rent one. But overall very clean and nice unit in great location with responsive host!

Perfect location and very stylish!

My group of 5 (4 adults and one child) stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect! Great location, well stocked and organized, and I found myself thinking “I wish my house was decorated like this” in every area of the house! Nice furnishings and stylish decor. But most importantly, just feet from the bay! We went there a few times a day and each day and loved how close it was. We also went to Belmont Park several times, just a few short blocks away. A great place to rent if you’re looking for something in Mission Beach/Bay area!

Fantastic Rental

Loved everything about this place. Super close to the bay and the beach. Easy to walk to places to get food. And the rental has everything you could need for a good time at the beach. And the place itself is beautiful. Inside seems brand new, and with two decks you can maximize your time outside. Will definitely be back.

Family of 6 stayed here (all adults). The place worked well for our party. The location was great and the place was well stocked with basic pantry items. Plenty of dishes and cookware. The furniture (outside and inside) is great. An extra umbrella for the front area would be a really great addition. The beds were comfortable but the sheets are synthetic. Please please swap them out for 100% cotton! Great to have Air conditioning, which is key on hot days. The garage fit our Jeep and another small car but it’s tight. Lastly, having a park right in front is great for feeling like you have more open space.

A Modern, Airy Beach Home with Location, Location, Location!

Our family vacations in SoCal every year, and “Bayside Cove Adventure” is truly a 5-star-standout. I was really impressed with the well-thought out amenities & little touches that made this rental feel like a home. It was impeccably clean when we arrived, which is one thing I’m very picky about. The home had well-stocked kitchen & pantry — from spices to cutlery and essential kitchen gadgets. Every closet contained a nice assortment of clothes hangers, and plenty of storage for luggage and other items; every bathroom was well-stocked with clean towels and spa-like shampoos,conditioners, and other amenities. We appreciated the modern, airy, sophisticated decor, the beautiful balcony (where we sat every morning with our coffee) and the outdoor kitchen and lawn area with a lovely little park in front of the home. We knew the location was good, but we were pleasantly surprised by how good and how walkable the area was. Mission Bay was one block away, and the ocean, Belmont Park and San Diego’s famous Beach Walk was two blocks from the rental. The entire area felt safe enough for late walks to the Beach Walk, where you could sit and make s’mores at one of the many fire pits located on the beach. The communication with the owners was 5-star as well. They checked in with us when we arrived and promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

AWESOME HOUSE!!!

This small home was perfect for our family!! My sons, 11 and 16 shared the bunk room, my daughter 14 had room on first level with queen bed and my husband and I the master. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need!! It is VERY clean and organized ...we were so comfortable and happy the whole time! It is a very very short walk to the bay side and just a couple blocks from the beach. Location is PERFECT!!! You won't regret renting this home!!!

Beautiful home- Great location!

House was absolutely beautiful and the location was fantastic! Clean, lots of supplies and beds were comfortable! Downfall would be getting in and out of the garage with a midsize car (tight fit!) and communication was tough. I emailed and called a few times to no response. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again!!!

Great Beach Visit

The property was as advertised and well equipped to make for an enjoyable visit. The unit is part of a quadplex, but has its own private patio, deck, garage and entrance. The kitchen has everything you need along with a gas grill on the patio to cook full meals. The unit was clean, new, and very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. There were 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, lots of sand toys, a beach cart, boogey boards, and 2 beach cruiser bikes available. A gas fire pit on the patio was also a nice feature. We were able to fit a 4-door sedan and midsize SUV into the garage, although it was very tight. Unit is 1 block from the bay and about 2 blocks from the ocean. Was really nice having the patio and park area in front of the unit for the kids to play on.

Bliss between the bay and beach!

This home was everything you could want and more! Well situated, well furnished, and stocked to the hilt with every bed, bath and kitchen necessity. The neighborhood is adorable. Walk to tacos, ice cream and Belmont Park as well as Mission Bay and Mission Beach. In either case, the garage is filled with toys for all your adventures. Clean and bright, a truly cool place to stay. Great communication from 710 team throughout. Just a really a great experience overall!
