Stunning brand new residence in the fully restored Vernon Residences condominium building. There are dramatic 10' ceilings and a spectacular open floor plan. There is a gorgeous open kitchen and a cozy living room with a south facing bay windows. The gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, European cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a built-in dining table. There are two bedrooms, each with their own bath, a private laundry room, brand new high efficiency Bosch washer and dryer units, utility room, and communal terrace patio.
