Perfect 2 bedroom space for a small group that wants the ideal location to everything DC (Georgetown, White House and the Monuments!). Enjoy the Private rear patio

Grab coffee, groceries, dinner or cocktails, right outside the door, take the red line metro around the city, just a couple minutes on foot from the property. The Unit has tons of large windows and walks straight out to a charming patio.

We can comfortably sleep 6 guests using the following sleeping arrangements:
2 comfortable size bedrooms with Queen size beds
1 Sofa bed
Bedrooms are a generous size with plenty of closet space

Bathroom has a walk-in shower

The kitchen has stainless appliances and amenities should you wish to whip up a meal or enjoy breakfast before a day out exploring. Enjoy complimentary coffee pods with our kuerig. Sit yourselves comfortably at the dining table for 4.

You'll also have your own private outdoor space!

You can get to City Center, Capital One arena, Downtown or Georgetown with a short walk or from the train system (Metro) which is within blocks of the place! 3 stops to the Smithsonian museums and 4 stops to the White House

Fantastic location! Walking distance from plenty of cool bars, restaurants, and grocery. Main DC attractions were easy to get to by foot, or Lyft. The space was clean, and nicely decorated. It's much more charming than the photos in the listing. Just enough space for our family of four (with 2 teenagers).

Perfect stay for grandparents and 17 Yr. O grandaughter

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect for location to DC attractions which were within walking distance. The restaurants nearby were great. Safeway is just down the street. Whole Foods is a little farther. Our granddaughter also enjoyed wandering through Logan Circle. The owner was quick to reply and cheerfully helped us navigate our check in.

DC visit

The property was great. Comfortable and just what we needed for our visit. Very nice neighborhood. We were able to walk everywhere...national mall, Smithsonian museums and zoo. Close to Safeway and Whole Foods. And, fantastic restaurant options.

Just lovely

The apartment was so clean and welcoming. Can not beat the location! Vik & Lizzie were such great hosts. I will be rebooking their spot anytime I am back in DC! Bedrooms felt like home, kitchen is perfect.

Great apt in Dupont

Perfect location for Dupont and Logan - and easy walk to the Mall Super clean and comfortable. We explored all day and came back to a quiet peaceful space. Thanks Vik!

Good location, neighborhood

Overall it was a good location, easy to get to Metro and plenty of food, drink, grocery options within a short walk. We had an issue with heat and water pressure but it was taken care of very quickly (within an hour or 2) by the host. Steps getting down into the unit were ok for my 84 year old mother. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, host was very helpful throughout. We would return, maybe in sp ring.

Million dollar, safe neighborhood--ground level unit

Unit provides an authentic DC neighborhood experience in a safe, million-dollar NW DC neighborhood of well maintained, historic homes. Management was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. It was a pleasure to explore the restaurants and dining within 2 blocks from home. I always felt safe in and outside the unit. The unit is stylish with nice linens, fun art, and modern fixtures. My 16 yo son loved the experience of staying in the city. He wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else and we both enjoyed the unit. There is a Safeway for groceries a block away. There were two Capital bike rental stalls nearby. The walk to White House, GWU, and Georgetown was a little far for us, but we easily biked everywhere and used ride apps when it rained. I do take issue with the listing description: "The Unit has tons of large windows and walks straight out to a charming patio." This is a ground floor/basement unit. Insert your expectation of views and natural light accordingly and you will have your expectations met. Overall, this is a lovely unit in an amazing location.
