I rented this home for my groomsman and their wives for my wedding, the place is amazingly beautiful and a lot bigger than the pictures make it out to be. Everyone enjoyed the property from the scenery to the home its self! Highly recommend the property. Great communication from the host. 10/10 recommended!

Mom’s Birthday Trip

The house was perfect for our group! Very spacious and the outdoor seating was amazing. The property was on an inlet with a bird sanctuary on the water and was absolutely beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

Hosted a Grad Open House

We checked in Friday and stayed the weekend. Great space, Rooms are all good size. Lanai space is awesome. We fished and watched fish and Gators off the dock area. Plenty of space for our big family and friends to spend the day.

Great home and amenities

Our host Stephanie was so on point and the place was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable for the 5 of us who were in for bike week. Will look to book again next year. Great value.

Lovely lake house

My family and I loved our stay at this lake house. We enjoyed cooking out on the back patio, watching the sunset, and playing darts. The kids enjoyed finding alligators in the lake at night while listening to all the frogs.

Perfect house for a family

The house was beautifully decorated. We loved the baskets of towels that were on each bed. Stephanie was great to work with and was very responsive when we had questions. My kids loved the big room with the 4 beds , a couch and tv. The beds were all very comfortable.

Beautiful views and quiet area

Perfect quick getaway! We wanted to get out of the busy city we are in and found the perfect place! House is very clean and fully stocked. The house is also stocked with toddler/ baby gear including pack n play. Beautiful quiet area while also having nice restaurants and stores not to far.

Weekend Stay

We flew in to Florida to attend a wedding. Our stay at the home was wonderful. The location was lovely - so many birds and wildlife- we even saw a pair of otters swimming in the lake right outside our back patio. The accommodations were lovely and our host, Stephanie, was very helpful with the couple requests we made. I would definitely recommend this property owner host.

Perfect for multiple families

Peyton's Patio was great for multiple families with kids visiting grandparents in the Villages. All the cousins got to sleep in one room together, all the grown-ups got their own space, and the screened in back patio was the perfect place to hang out after the kids went to bed. Thanks for having us, Stephanie!

Stay near Ocala

The property was clean and the host was responsive to our messages. There were two bathrooms and given the number of guests we could have used another bathroom. The water had a strong odor of sulfur especially while and after taking a shower. The property backs up to lake Weir and it is a marshy area.

More than Fabulos!

My family meet for Thankgiving "2024", 4 sisters and our husbands, it was so roomy and well put together from the furniture, to the beds, the kitchen had everything you needed, & we are all big cooks & that was very helpful. The view each day from the screened porch was amazing, and it made our coffee talk each morning so enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone & you will love Stephanie, she is so sweet and easy to talk if you need her. Thanks for a beautiful stay and we will come back 100% for sure.

80th Birthday Celebration

Peton Patio is a wonderful place to stay. Quiet,beautiful views,so relaxing. If you enjoy outdoor life, bird watching etc. this is the place for you. Everything you need the owner supplied. Except for food you're good to go. Special memories made with our family

Beautiful home

We paid extra for a small back yard wedding, it was beautiful. A couple things were not working, like the washing machine, fire stick tvs. But no biggie. Communication was kinda rude at times. But overall good stay.

Homey and roomy

Peyton's place was just as advertised. The house is comfy and felt very homey while having plenty of room for five adults to spread out. Lots of touches that made us feel welcome. The check in and check out process was easy and Stephanie was very prompt when responding to any questions I had. Sitting in the screened in porch and listening to the birds while sipping my morning coffee was fantastic. We all agreed that next time we're in the area, we will book this home again. The Anchor restaurant down the road was yummy and had a fun atmosphere and Cafe Lucia was our go to breakfast spot. Fantastic stay!

Super nice! They thought of everything! A small matter of a mistake in the listing was quickly and thoughtfully resolved. The time we were there was super hot, so the spacious, nicely equipped lanai was out of the question! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck and the dock, watching birds, etc! Thank you@

Absolutely Amazing

This property was a total gem! I had high hopes for this rental for a family reunion and it did not disappoint one bit! Every detail about this home was perfect. From the multiple beds and "hang out" spaces to the "sandy beach" for the kids to play. From the stocked kitchen for cooking to the outdoor areas. I wish we were still there enjoying our vacation because Peyton's Patio and the host Stephanie made our stay so amazing! Throughout the whole process she was so responsive and answered all questions we had. We were able to rent a pontoon boat and pull it up right to the dock, grill outside and just live on that screened in porch. Our stay was the best. We would totally rent this home again, hands down!
