This place was absolutely beautiful! It was super clean and the view was amazing. It’s so nice having the pool right by the beach. Highly recommend.

Great beach location

Lots of space for everyone and quiet bedrooms. 4 flights of stairs down to the pool or a great stretch of beach. Condo had everything we needed for a great stay!

Beautiful Condo on the beach

Gina’s condo was was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Fantastic location right on the beach! We will definitely stay again!!

The unit was great! It was in an older development, the unit was very clean. The furniture seemed new, the beds were comfortable. The view on the back and front deck were fabulous! The pool and ocean were right below our unit. The unit was quiet! The washer and dryer seemed new. The communication between us and the host was amazing! They were so accommodating to all of our requests! If you have accessibility issues, this is probably not the unit for you. You will not regret the stay! Fun was had by all!

Great family retreat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Family beach trip

The condo was excellent! Beautiful views and everything was very clean. The host was great and checked in a couple times to make sure our stay was great. Also loved that there were tons of beach toys and chairs and towels provided. We will definitely be back!

Winter shelling trip

We were very comfortable at this rental, and felt we had all we needed to be able to relax and enjoy our trip. The beds were comfortable, plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, and the kitchen was well stocked and made meal times easy. The veiws were breat, and double porches was a fun bonus!

Family Fun in the Sun

The condo was clean, very spacious and in a great location on the island. The views of the ocean and sound side were fantastic. This condo did not disappoint in any way! My family had an amazing time on Topsail Island and I highly recommend this condo.

Home away from home!

We liked the cheery, sunny, beach vibe with great views, and the comfort of the unit and bedrooms. Everything we needed was already provided and the thoughtful touches made it easier to just relax. The back porch area was nice to sit and the unit was clean and comfortable. We would definitely use Moxy again when traveling.

Family vacation

We had a great time here! Beachfront with lots of shells and shark teeth when we would go for morning or evening strolls. Pool was large enough for many families without feeling crowded. Lots of restaurant brochures left by the host as well with menus and contact info for delivery. Condo was spacious and clean. Kitchenware was plentiful for us and the addition of some toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap and TP) in each bathroom was thoughtful. Would definitely come back again!

Mothers’Day At The Beach

The communication with the property manager was the best I’ve experienced with VRBO. The condo really had everything we needed. The view and sound of the ocean was such a gift. The beach wasn't crowded and was perfect for walking and looking for shells. The NC daughters are eager to go back with their families! We hope to plan another girls trip there too.

Thanksgiving at the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very quick to answer any questions or request we had. The view from the back balcony is amazing. King mattress was comfortable. I read other reviews that complained about the stairs but it’s only the 3rd floor so I didn’t think it was a big deal. Over all we were pleasantly surprised. Thanks

It was just as the pictures showed. Beds were comfortable. Just wish I had known there were no elevators. And the bathtub could use some safety grips. Other than that it was pleasant. Great view of the ocean!!

Very nice

We picked a bad weekend to go to the beach. It was pouring the first day and a half. But the balcony was very large and also stayed dry. So we could at least go out and see the beach. Loved the property. It has great views and anything you could need has been provided. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely cottage-style condo, right on the beach!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in this lovely condo with beach and intercoastal views. The condo was well-supplied and cared for. We will come again! Thank you! One note: this property is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. Plan accordingly :-)

Property could use some updates and kitchen needs some items. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Had to have handy man on site twice for A/C issues and backed up shower. Dealing with problems on vacation is not a good time, but as said, the host was responsive and made sure things were made right.

Very disappointed with this unit. There was food on some of the pots and pans when we went to use them. We reserved for 7 guests but we were only left 6 towels and the towel my husband cleans the car with has less stains on it. The stove vent didn't work. No batteries in the remote controls. My husband and I cut our toe/feet on a nail in the transition piece between the LVP in the bedroom and the tile in the bathroom. There was no transition piece in the doorway of the twin bedroom. We were told beach chairs were available but they were rusty and falling apart. The light in the master bath flickered like a strobe light. The dryer door wouldn't close properly. The vertical blinds were missing slats and didn't cover the windows. When you open the dishwasher door the whole thing would tip out because it wasn't secured to the cabinet. There was dirt under the beds. There were not enough utensils or glasses. The thermostat was preprogrammed and it would get very warm at night and was very cold during the day. The best part was the view.
