THE MOST ACCOMODATING UNIT FOR GREAT VACATIONS! BUILDING ONE, THIRD FLOOR! Welcome to our "Peach at the Beach" at St. Regis Resort, Unit 1310. St Regis Resort is a family-friendly facility located on a beautiful 26-mile-long barrier island. The facility is located at 2000 New River Inlet River Road, North Topsail Beach. Our unit is a pet and smoke free vacation rental with ocean, sound, and sunset views.
The floor plan includes a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, glass-top stove/oven (NO STEAMER POTS ALLOWED), microwave, coffee maker/Keurig combo, and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with all the tools you need to prepare a special land or sea feast and overlooks a glass topped bar height dining table with seating for six.
The living room includes a NEW 65 INCH flat screen TV and soundbar, DVD player and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Sliding doors open to the balcony with four bar height Adirondack chairs and two side tables overlooking the Atlantic and North Topsail Beach.
The unit has two large bedrooms. The master includes a king size bed, mounted flat screen TV and full master ensuite. The second bedroom includes one queen size and one twin size bed, mounted flat screen TV and DVD player and balcony access. Across the hall is an additional full bathroom. Linens are provided. If you wish to provide your own linens, please advise the host at the time of your booking.
A washer and dryer are located across from the kitchen and the following items are provided to help you jump start your vacation: Dishwasher pods (2), laundry pods (2), soap in each bathroom, bath tissue (1 roll each bathroom), paper towels (1 roll), trash bags (2), dish detergent (1). Flush ONLY toilet paper in toilets. DO NOT FLUSH SAND, BABY WIPES, PAPER TOWELS, FEMININE PRODUCTS, etc.
The ocean is calling! We invite you to come and enjoy our unit, St. Regis, and the beautiful Topsail Island community. Make your reservations sooner than later. We would appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your family as you create lasting memories together.
Registered guests will receive a copy of our Welcome Binder from VRBO approximately 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival. In the meantime, we are here to answer any questions you may have about your upcoming stay with us!
