Welcome to the best kept secret on the beach and our own little slice of paradise! We hope you will enjoy a peaceful, relaxing and rejuvenating experience with everything you should need at your fingertips, and most everything else within walking distance. You'll love watching the boats, dolphins and manatees swim by just feet away.



The Space:

Welcome to Seaside Serendipity in Indian Shores! We have designed it to create a tranquil and serene beach vacation home to share with our family and friends. We invite you to relax and hope you enjoy as much as we do!

The bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted TV and full sized dresser for your convenience. The large living room has an additional wall mounted TV and includes a queen sized pull out sofa bed, with the ability to host up to a total of 4 guests. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you should need, including the essentials like coffee, tea, sugar and spices, as well as a full sized refrigerator, stove and microwave. We also have a large beach closet with beach towels, chairs, and even a beach umbrella/shade, in addition to books and games for your use and enjoyment. There is an additional storage closet in the unit with another dresser and plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets.

Make sure to plan plenty of time for relaxing on the front and back patios. The back patio is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast, watching the dolphins, manatees and boats going up and down the intra-coastal waterway. Or maybe you want to head downstairs and try a fun game of shuffleboard while watching all the activities. Also down by the shuffleboard courts are barbecue grills for your use, if needed. The front patio has an additional table/chairs and sectional couch to enjoy views of the pool, maybe a little afternoon wine and cheese… or maybe even a nap?

When it’s time to head to the beach, all you have to do is walk across the street and the public access is just in front of our resort! Want to rent a boat for the day? We have boat slips along the waterway available on a first come basis at no additional charge. The Laundry room is located downstairs and can take credit cards for use, and we include 2 laundry pods for each guest. Everything you need for an incredible vacation is here at our little “Seaside Serendipity”. Guest Access:

There is an assigned parking spot in the complex as well as various forms of local transportation, including a beach trolley that stops right in front of the resort. Of course the beach is right across the street and many restaurants and bars are also within walking distance.



The Neighborhood:

Indian Shores is the hidden secret of the Pinellas Beaches. We are close enough to the action for a short drive or Uber, but far enough away to get the peace and relaxation you are looking for. Here is a list of Attractions and travel times:

Getting Around:

This location is great if you want to do little or no driving. The beach is right across the street and several restaurants and bars are within walkable distance. An assigned parking spot is included and the public beach trolley has a stop right in front of our building going either direction. For $1, you can get to any of the other beach communities. Uber and Lyft are also plentiful as well!
