Great Rental

We enjoyed our stay in Destin. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Location and neighborhood were great and the beach access with parking was an added bonus!

Gorgeous View

We stayed here over the Fourth of July and had the best time. The fireworks were amazing from the beautiful deck. You can dine at one of the best restaurants Louisiana Lagniappe. You can take the boat taxi to Harbor Walk. My kids loved the pickleball courts.

Great unit in a nice community

The unit is exactly as pictured. Much or all of it has been recently redone so it's in great shape and very clean. The kitchen is well-stocked and there were plenty of clean towels. It's spacious and has a nice view. The community is super. Gated and safe, but everyone is friendly. The pitch and putt golf course is fun and a great way to meet other people. They also have plenty of pools, tennis, and paddleboard. Location is convenient to everything in Destin. The property manager was very responsive and checked with us via text to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Things to note: although it's technically a 2nd floor unit, there is parking on the first floor so the unit it actually on the 3rd floor. There is room for 2 cars to park, but the owner had a covered golf cart or ATV taking up the space of one car. During our stay, the sea wall was being worked on and the workers had to move it out of the way, so we were able to park both cars after that. The TVs are "smart" so you can access any app you have an account for, but there is no basic service package for local stations, etc...

Not for anyone with mobility issues

Condo was very nice overall. There were small issues with the furniture as the beds are horribly uncomfortable with a large divot on the right side of the master bedroom bed, and there isn't enough comfortable living room seating. The deck was much smaller than I expected. Love Sandpiper Cove but prefer a group floor unit with a larger deck, but nobody made me select this unit, lol. Check in was not in easy since security had no record of our reservation, making it a terrible check in as we were turned away and told we'd have to leave the facility and contact the rental company. Wasn't easy getting a hold of them and the whole experience turned into an hour long process whereas in previous stays at SandPiper Cove check in took at most 10 minutes. But if walking up a ton of steps doesn't bother or your going to be staying in the unit more than we did (left and returned several times each day) you then I'd say go for it!

PERFECT SPOT TO STAY WALK DISTANCE FROM BEACH

Loved everything about this play cleanness, distance, location. The twin bed was not so comfortable very springy, The check in code to the door was a hassle had trouble with the code given took us almost 30 mins just to open the door. Had to call support for help. Other than that everything was good!
