Perfect getaway

Check in process super easy and the place was absolutely amazing. Love the space and options for cooking and eating at the place. Just wish there had been a plug for the tub for our baby to bathe but used the kitchen stopper for a quick bath. Short walk to the beach.

Great beach house! Wonderful community. Beach right outside your door. Pools just a short walk away. Clean and very cute! You can tell the owner loves and cares for their property. Plenty of space for our family of 5.

As far as rentals go, it was great. We love Sanpuper Cove because you step off of your deck right into the dunes and beach. No elevators, less people. The condo shows a little wear, but most high traffic places do. Master bath has a few spots that need replacing and there were a few scratches/cuts in the drywall in the master bath. Kitchen is well stocked, TVs nice size and all worked. Easy check in process both with owner and onsite guys at gate. Very friendly staff. Place was clean and very satisfied with our stay.

Great spot. Exactly as described. They provide plenty of kitchen necessities, house towels and home comfort. Really great location. Can drive anywhere briefly. We loved it and if we visit Destin again, I will try to book this spot again. Thanks so much for having us!

Excellent Experience!

This condo was updated and beautifully decorated. Great location (close to Ricks Sandtrap) and easy access to the beach from the patio. Massive tv and lots of books/games to choose from. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Great Condo Right on the beach

Nicely remodeled and clean condo. Great location. We've stayed at Sand Piper a few times and enjoyed being on the beach side of the community this time. Not much of a view of the water due to the sand dunes, but was exactly as advertised. Short walk and you're at the water. Would rent this condo again!

We had a wonderful week in Destin! The Sandpiper Cove unit was perfect for our family of four and small dog. The unit was beautifully decorated and absolutely immaculate. The balcony view and walking straight out the beach was amazing! We highly recommend this unit!

Honeymoon Stay!!

We stayed here for a short mini honeymoon and it was great! The code didn’t work upon arrive but the most messaged us immediately with one that worked! Great location easy beach access. It was a bit small but was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was clean! There weren’t any check out instructions other than the French door locks so we just left towels in the bathroom and stripped the sheets. The location was perfect and all of the surrounding restaurants were incredible and only about 5 minute drive. Overall a good experience

Loved it!!!!

I absolutely loved this place!! Cute, clean, great location, and steps from the beach. Had plenty of towels. Master mattress was comfortable. My 4 year old and 2 year old slept in the other room. That bed seemed fine when we laid on it to put them to sleep. Kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor shower was in front of the condo and not on the back porch. That was kind of weird but maybe there’s a reason for it. Overall, I loved it and can’t wait to go back!!

There are definite maintenance issues in the bathroom there is mold and the shower curtain is just gross. Not sure why it is even there as there is a shower door. The air vent in the small bedroom is moldy and coming out of ceiling

Rex, We will double check the condo for any mildew issue around the vent. Also, the shower curtains will be checked also. If there were any issues during your stay we did not receive a text, call or e mail during your stay. It is impossible to address any guests concerns once they return home.
