Welcome to this comfortable desert home with space for the whole family. There is new carpet throughout and all the comforts you need. Explore the unique places around the property such as Baylor Canyon or the Chihuahuan Desert Nature Park, both within a short drive. While home you can play games around the table, cozy up to the indoor fireplace, or be entertained with wifi and television. The backyard has a table fire pit you can enjoy while witnessing the stunning Organ Mountains.
The space
There are two closed bedrooms and one bonus room. One bedroom has a comfortable king bed and an attached bathroom. The other bedroom has a cozy queen bed. The bonus room is open to the living room with a trundle bed that has two twin mattresses. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer.
Guest access
This home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood. Parking can be in the garage, driveway, and appropriate spots on the street.

A Memorable Family Visit with Exceptional Comfort and ViewsWe were thrilled to find that this property was available again for our recent family visit to New Mexico. Returning here reminded us just how breathtaking the views of the Organ Mountains truly are—they never cease to amaze!The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. We loved the convenience of the location, which is close to stores, restaurants, fun activities, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature.One of our favorite features is the backyard patio. It’s the perfect spot to relax, whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or stargazing at night. The setting makes it easy to unwind and soak in the beauty of the area.Inside, the home is clean and inviting. We especially enjoyed cozying up by the fireplace and having access to a wide variety of TV channels—there was something for everyone. The thoughtful extras, like accessible plugs for our devices and laundry dryer sheets, made our stay even more comfortable.The welcome manual provided was very helpful, offering clear information about the property and nearby attractions. Additionally, the owner was always accessible and responsive, which made us feel truly cared for during our visit.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to return. We’ll definitely be staying here again if it’s available!

Lovely place in a quiet neighborhood! All the comforts of home! The host is amazing and great communication and response times. We had a last minute guest addition and Cathie was very accommodating. The house is clean and decorated so cute! If we ever come out for another softball tournament, we will definitely be looking to stay at here again!!!

We had a lovely stay at Cathie’s home. The home was clean, kitchen well stocked to cook meals, and the King sized bed in the Master Bedroom was super comfortable. Great location if you are going to White Sands, or Dripping Springs. The backyard has a beautiful view of the Organ Mountains. Check-in and communication was a breeze. I would recommend Cathie’s place to friends or family.

Our stay was everything we hoped for. The property was well maintained both inside and out, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient to the city and all of the restaurants and stores. The breathtaking view of the mountains was the perfect especially with the slight breeze in the morning. Hopefully the next time we visit family in Las Cruces this location is available. The hosts were accessible and very responsive. Highly recommended!

The house was beautifully kept. The home was inviting and perfectly met the needs of us 6 adults. The kitchen offered everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, including the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the backyard offered a glorious view of the sunrise. It was great to be able to use the sleds available to us rather than having to rent some at White Sands. It was a blessing to end our trip with such a wonderful, peaceful stay.
