The main bedroom and bathroom and closet were great. There was a couple items that were missed. I did already let the owner know the hot tub unfortunately wasn’t functioning when we arrived but rise great air conditioning kitchen worked well and location for doing what we need to do in Las Cruces worked out perfectly.

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. The location was perfect and everything I needed was provided. I’d definitely stay here again!

In town for a wedding

Having the house was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and the kids and wife hung out at the house while I got ready. Nice to have separate bedrooms, and bathrooms, and plenty of space to get ready. Very close to Walmart as well which made grocery shopping and emergency shopping easy.

This house was as described. It’s in a neighborhood very nearby several restaurants and stores. We literally popped in for the night and left quickly as we are on a big southwestern road trip. The cleanliness was much appreciated by the adults and the kids enjoyed the hot tub.

The place was nice, however the host was too busy to attend to any issues that might arise. His communication was awful. He would go 2 days without responding. The pictures show a very nice hot tub with accent lights. When we got there only about 5 of the lights worked. We asked to have them fixed and we were called “demanding “ as he knew they hadn’t worked for 6 months and no one else complained.The hot is not professionally serviced, which is ok, but on the web site it says to not put any chemicals in the hot tub. But in the house he states to put some chemicals in every Saturday. The instructions in the house don’t match the product. When we messaged him we get no response. After two days we asked for him to get it fixed and we were labeled as “complainers”. Liked the place but the host needs to figure out how to service his customers!!

The house was not cleaned very well. There was food left in fridge, I’m just glad it wasn’t spoiled. The dishwasher still had all the clean dishes in it. The bedrooms seem to never get the furniture moved to get cleaned. The fans have a lot of dust on them and the lent was flying everywhere. I am highly allergic to pets and I could tell that animals have been on the beds and couches. I’m so glad I brought my own air mattresses and blankets. This helped me and my kids with the itching and hives. The pictures do not reflect the sleeping arrangements. There is no king bed in the master suite and no bunk beds in any room. The jacuzzi could not be used because it was extremely dirty and had a bad odor. We tried cleaning it with a YouTube video but were unsuccessful. The host never got back to me on any of my messages. The water heater is not working, we had to shower with cold water. The kitchen was the only thing that was up to my expectations for usage.
