Welcome to your home away from home in Hot Springs, Arkansas! This stunning 2-story lake house on Lake Hamilton is the perfect getaway for you and your guests. Bring your boat or rent one at a local marina nearby and tie up on our dock while you're staying with us. With 3 bedrooms and 5 beds total, along with 3 bathrooms, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind.

The indoor living area features an open floor plan concept with a spacious living room/kitchen area, complete with a large L-shaped sofa, bar seating, and two dining areas. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while downstairs has another living room area with two sofas, a wet bar area, and a shuffleboard table. Two more bedrooms and two bathrooms are also located downstairs.

- Bedroom 2: two queen beds with bathroom (shower, toilet, dual vanity)

The outdoor living area is equally as impressive, with an upstairs balcony off of the kitchen/living room area, a downstairs patio area, and a hot tub overlooking the lake. Steps lead down to the boat dock, providing easy access to the water.

The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs, including pots and pans, a Keurig/regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, knives, glasses, dishes, and utensils.

Entertainment options include Smart TV's in each living room area and each bedroom, along with fast Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Parking is available in the driveway, and local taxi, Uber, or Lyft services make getting around Hot Springs a breeze.

Please note that guests will communicate with a Representative at Stay Arkansas, and there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door for added security.

Very clean and comfortable! We love all the windows and light that comes in through out the day. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood, but also just a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants.

Fully equipped Lake getaway

Check in was seamless, communication was outstanding, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker; a hot tub, water front for easy boating access. A great place that will easily accommodate 10 people. Couldn’t ask for much more.

The Races

A group of us that graduated from high school meet every year for a weekend at the races. For us this was a perfect place to stay. The location is convenient to Oaklawn and many restaurants and the accommodations are second to none. Also Dylan was great to work with.

Perfect Experience

This place was perfect for our weekend trip. The house is great and in such a beautiful and convenient location. The huge couch in the living room could fit our entire group at once. The host was very communicative and great to work with. We would all gladly stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone!

Just what we needed!

We loved staying at Dylan’s home. The property was right on the end of the lake on a quiet street. We literally had everything to make our stay so comfortable and inviting! If I had to make any complaint whatsoever, it would be that there be more outdoor furniture and the deck area cleaner- but it’s outside so.. spiderwebs etc lol. This is a home we would definitely love to stay at again. Thanks again Dylan, for being such a great host! 😊

Absolutely amazing and everything we hoped for

The house was amazing, everything we hoped for and more! We did have questions once we got to the house but the owner responded very quickly! There was a mishap with a tv but he handled everything in a timely manner and fixed the problem right away same day to ensure we had best trip possible! His worry, concern, and consideration of us having the best trip was his top priority the whole time and it was greatly appreciated, and we will definitely be coming back and staying here again in the future!
