The Entire Lake House and Garage are solely for Guest Use (with the exception of the owner's closet under the stairs). There are no shared spaces.

Guests will receive their Guidebook with all of our local recommendations for fun things to do and restaurants you do not want to miss!

We send Check-in Instructions 2 days prior to arrival. This includes specific parking instructions, and your unique door code. These details are also in your Guidebook!

Melissa and I are local and are available if you need anything during your stay!

*This property is waterfront on Lake Hamilton. By booking this property, ALL guests agree to use safety precautions when near the water.
It is strongly recommended that all children wear a life vest. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
Any use of the facilities are "at your own risk".

*Entergy draws down Lake Hamilton the 1st week of November and fills it the 1st week of March. The water level will be a minimum of 3 feet lower during this time.
