Nestled on a bucolic vineyard sits this classically renovated 120 yr. Old farmhouse & iconic water tower. Overall it features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a living room, a dining room, laundry, a home office, and a kitchen. The three-story water tower includes a scenic lounge on the top floor with a 360-degree view, and on the ground floor, one of the bedrooms with a bath. The property is home to approximately 5 acres of vineyard planted with premium Chardonnay vines used to make Flowers Sonoma Coastal Chardonnay.

The Space

Experience this gorgeous vineyard view from your own 1,940 sq. ft property with a converted water tower. The property is across from Mom's Apple Pie Shop, "her pies are exceptional."

You can enjoy the great outdoors, even after the sun goes down. Our fire pit is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine with friends.
We provide a fast charging station for your Electric Car.

Please note: Based on county regulations, no outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed. Indoor wood fireplaces may be impacted by 'spare-the-air' days.

Wine Country Get-a-Way

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Communication was excellent, with attentive concierge service. Several in our party had been there before, and recommended it to us.
Optional grocery items and a complimentary bottle of wine were waiting upon arrival.

Country house perfection!

We loved our stay at this property! The home was immaculately clean and had everything you needed in it. The furnishings were very comfortable and it didn't feel like your typlical house flip to short term rental - it felt like a real home. Our teenage boys liked having their own bedroom in the water tower and our dog loved the fenced areas to sniff around. Great location for exploring all of West County!

Beautifully restored farmhouse!

This space was so perfect for our group. We shad plans all around sebestapol / Windsor and everything was a quick drive away. 7 minute drive to Burkes canoe/kayaking. The house was clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and the watertower sitting room in the morning and evening. Perfect space for three couples

Amazing Weekend Getaway

Ross Ridge was one of the best stays and experiences I've had. I celebrated my birthday there surrounded by friends and family. The property was a great space to enjoy with a group like that. Not only did we all have plenty of space, but the outdoor amenities made it feel like home. I spent time in the jacuzzi winding down after a day of fun, as well as enjoying the firepit during sunset. I highly recommend spending some time up in the water tower looking over the beautiful vineyard. The property is located so close to some of the best wineries, as well as close to the downtown area. You can find delicious restaurants just right around the corner. If you feel like taking a short drive, you'll reach the Sonoma coast. This property is close to beautiful scenic hikes as well. I highly recommend this property to anyone. I had a wonderful time celebrating there. Thank you for an excellent experience.
