Come feel the "SEA BREEZE" - Minimum 2 week rental starting on Sundays

Sea Breeze is a beautiful duplex that is the perfect place to take a long vacation! Enjoy family on the back deck while hearing and seeing the waves crash against the shore. Just a short walk out the back door will lead you right to the ocean to see the early morning sunrise. The community pool is an easy walk right next door. Can't make up your mind, just stay in and enjoy the large living area and watch movies all day. Relaxation is the only thing you need to accomplish. With 3 bedrooms, the whole family has plenty of room to spread out. This rental only allows for two week rentals or longer. NOT SEEING THE DATES YOU WANT, PICK A DIFFERENT SUNDAY.

I also love walking on the beach which is so close. We have friends that live in Lands End and have been coming to EI for 30 years. We plan to rent this home every year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, the location was fantastic. Loved the view from the deck, and the new deck was nice. Also appreciated the rocking chairs next to the dunes. We appreciated the comfortable king size bed, and quality sheets. Offering additional quilts and lightweight blankets would be lovely. Bed pillows were lacking in quality and quantity. Would definitely recommend supplying newer pillows, and washing pillow shams in between guests if those are part of the pillows to be used by the guests during their stay. The property manager, Theresa, was phenomenal! After arriving and finding the duplex was not what we were expecting, she did her best to accommodate us and did so with kindness, compassion, courtesy, and professionalism. While the location was wonderful and there were windows across the living room that should’ve afforded a beautiful view, window seals on the main deck side were all cracked, causing the windows to be completely fogged over and unable to see clearly through to the ocean. Carpet was extremely dirty and had holes in it. Again, Theresa offered to have the carpets cleaned for us while we were there, but we did not want to live with wet carpeting during our stay. Furniture visually appeared attractive, yet did not offer a comfortable place to sit in, lounge in, or hang out with family. The floors were sticky upon arrival, but Theresa graciously sent someone to quickly clean them. (Truly, she is a gem!) Tile on the bathroom floors was cracked and white grout was yellow stained. We appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. We loved the gas stove. Amenities in the kitchen were as described.We appreciated the outdoor shower as well. Neighborhood is beautiful, safe and quiet. Lovely pool next-door.We would consider renting this property again should updates be made. Thanks so much.
