Significant issues

Instructions provided for entry were inaccurate. WiFi information given in the email was also inaccurate, but proper information was provided within the property. Inside, floors were extremely dirty. Despite being called a dog-friendly property, ant traps were left on the floor and were leaking chemicals onto the floor which could have been dangerous for pets. Nearly every pot and pan in the cupboards were dirty and had food residue. Several appliances were dirty and the fridge lacked a freezer door handle. Basic amenities like toilet paper were not provided beyond two rolls for three bathrooms. Shower amenities were not replenished prior to our stay. When searching for extra towels, towels found in the closet were wet. The bed frame in the single bed bedroom was broken when we arrived and caused the mattress to dip severely. The shower head in one of the bathrooms leaked.The property was spacious and the property manager was easy to communicate with, but the above issues significantly negatively affected our stay.

Big space but the place could be a touch cleaner

Overall, the place was as described and the host was very responsive. The place was very spacious and had sufficient amenities. It could have been cleaner as it was a bit dusty and the bathroom tiles were not cleaned properly and had mold in it.

Convenient and Safe Neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Host was very communicative. A very quiet neighborhood and close to good restaurants. Our family enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this.

We really enjoyed the stay for a family vacation. The house is clean and convenient to access all the shops and restaurants.

Nice place, but weak management

The property was nice and comfortable in a good neighborhood. It could have been a great stay, but management needs to be more detailed in overseeing their property. The floors needed a good mopping. We ended up wearing our shoe most of the time, because the floor made our socks black. Check in should have been quick and easy, but the garage doors were closed and no way in. Called number listed on Vrbo and was hung-up on twice. My son saw a realty sign and called the phone# from sign. Thankfully Terry answered and was able to open the garage door to let us in. Getting in took 30 minutes. Communication with manager is minimal and seems unreliable.

Nice place

Nice place. However the owner should mention that there are a lot of stairs to access the condo. I recently had an accident and the stairs proved challenging.

Great location

I stayed with 2 coworkers and the place offered 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Entry is through the garage which was a little confusing but Terry was very responsive.

This property is NEW, SPACIOUS and located in the very prime location of downtown Arcadia . Almost all my guests feedback 100% on the location . You don't really need a car while you are here. Walking distance to tonnes of restaurant nearby. Outback Steakhouse, Dennys, Shabu Hotpot , Boiling Point , cafe, starbucks , tea house etc. Santa Anita Park and golf course is just mins of walking distance away. Santa Anita Mall , race course just 5 mins drive away.
Hiking trails is also everywhere , close to mountain , Pasadena , DTLA , Universal Studio etc.

The price is for 3BR and a 4th ENSUITE Bedroom is available upon request with a added fees.
