Extremely responsive feedback both times I asked questions. Easy access to grocery or coffee runs. Convenient location to downtown or the lake front. Smokeless fire pit and covered front porch provided ideal spots for evening chats and morning coffee. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

This was our first visit to Milwaukee and what a wonderful place to visit! This home was in the perfect location for everything we did and is adorable! Would definitely stay here again.

The 3161 S. Herman home is located in a great neighborhood, and provides a comfortable living space for 5 adults. The front porch provides a nice sitting area for a morning cup of coffee. And while the kitchen could use more counter space to prepare meals, the dining area is large enough for both a family dinner or game night.On the other hand, if you are allergic to pet dander, be sure to pack your allergy medication. The living room sectional sofa was riddled with pet hair as was the hardwood floor.

Great MKE Visit

Perfect location for MKE and the shops and restaurants in Bay View. Beautiful walkable neighborhood with so many restaurants and coffee shops to discover. House was well appointed and had a terrific backyard set-up.

We had a wonderful weekend in Bay View. We had two families staying together in this home and had plenty of space as well as all the amenities we needed. Wonderful neighborhood with easy access to fun and activities in Milwaukee.

Charming and convenient

This house was perfectly located. It was in a walkable neighborhood and so close to the park! We walked the dogs multiple times a day. It was also within 15 minutes to downtown and all the attractions. Highly recommend the zoo! The house itself was large and clean. It had everything we needed for a great stay!

Adam is a great host. Very comortable place to stay. Any questions we had he got back to us right away. Our bungalow was a short drive to the riverwalk, the beautiful parks, restaurants, Summer Festival. We had a great vacation. Will certainly book again.

Great Weekend Stay

Our Summerfest weekend stay at the Bay View Bungalow was exactly what we were looking for. The property is updated and very clean with a great location being just a 5-10 minute ride to the South gate of the festival grounds. Plenty to do in Bay View within walking distance from the Bungalow during the day. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay just out of the city but still have easy access to the Harbor, Third Ward and Downtown.
