Peaceful 3 BR 2 BA- This is your adventure headquarters! Bring the whole family, or just get away to this great place with lots of space!

This house is located on an acre in a nice rural neighborhood within 1.5 miles of a great park with hiking trails, biking trails, great fishing, birdwatching, disc golf and beautiful wildlife! Within a short drive are unique to North Florida features which include the following: crystal clear springs; a national forest ; racing venues; breweries; 2 great golf courses & more

There are 2 cameras on premises.
The Ring Camera by the door and the other attached to the tree by the driveway.

The house was very nice! Beds were comfortable. When we got there the back door to the outside porch was wide open. Check the guest bathroom sink it doesn’t drain very well and the outlet plugs in both bathroom don’t work. I thought you might like to know that. Overall I would stay there again!! Thank you

Perfect getaway

Its a very nice and quite neighborhood not too far out yet not too close. As you walk in the house is so inviting. Its more of a family oriented home. I loved it and will book again

Enjoyable stay

Very nice location on a quiet street with a lovely backyard, the trees in the yard are beautiful. The check-in process was very easy and the host was very easy to communicate with and friendly. The place was clean and well furnished and the WiFi speed was sufficient for me to be able to work remotely for the week.

Great location and enjoyable stay.

Noah was responsive to all inquiries and helpful throughout the process. The property and home are nice, clean, safe, and all was as advertised. It is a no-frills house, perfect for the time we spent there. Very reasonable rates and we appreciate Noah and the opportunity to stay here.

Totally Enjoyed our stay

Noah helped us out with suggestions on where to bike and other places around the area to visit. We loved the backyard for our puppy and the comfort of the home for my husband and I. Perfect - grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants were close by, and the neighborhood felt serene and safe. Great place to stay.

The description is accurate. We went to the springs and a brewery during the day, then enjoyed the fire pit at night. We would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Noah, helped us out by canceling our trip and refunding us when he did not have to when the hurricane came through last month. This is the type of accommodating that makes me want to book with him in the future.

Ideal getaway location

Perfect cozy home for a stay in Lake City. Close to everything needed, including disc golf, parks, springs. Owner is beyond helpful and accommodating. A true pleasure to deal with. This is a highly recommended property!

Quiet & Cozy

Nice little house on a very quiet side street just outside of the lake city limits. Lots of fresh air. And overall a very restful place to spend a week even though I was working! The property owner was very responsive to all of our needs and even anticipated some extra nice touches. Would definitely go back here again for a third time.

Working week in Lake City

The Deerwood cottage was a nice little house on a very quiet street just outside of town. The neighborhood is very safe and nice to take a walk with the dog at any hour. The neighborhood is so quiet was actually possible to get a good nights sleep! The house has the feel of a cozy farmhouse, and was warm and inviting. The rooms were clean and spacious. Access to local shopping and amenities was more than adequate. Looking forward to going back next month.

Very nice shaded house in a quiet neighborhood

The house was great for us 3 women it was my mom & came from Ohio to visit my sister & house was good size for us & if we get back to Florida we would love to stay again & the backporch was where we sat alot
