“The Peaceful Palace”

This home was hand built by a French artist. Stone and tile art are located throughout the home. Museum quality artifacts are also on display for your enjoyment. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a 2 person jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Entertainment includes dish satellite service, 1200 mbps internet speeds for streaming or gaming, disc golf baskets with discs and a professional poker and dice table. For the clear nights, there is a telescope available.
The space
The house is cozy with a fireplace and high speed internet. The beds are comfortable and all have brand new, memory foam, gel mattresses. The pillows and bed covers are hypoallergenic and there is no carpet in the house, giving you a fresh and clean experience. The house is professionally cleaned.
Guest access
You will have access to about an acre of land in the front yard, and a fenced in back yard. All of the house is accessible, but one small room is for maintenance.

The property was excellent. The area was dark but the property had just enough of lighting.. Found dirty dishes in dish washer and spider webs in back room storage. Other then those two the place was the perfect place!

Worked perfect for us!

We came down to visit our daughter and family. This place was perfect less than a mile away. And it was nice and peaceful! Easy to get to and not far away from downtown Lake City. Nick was great to work with!

PERFECT

This property exceeded my expectations. It's a cute, cozy cottage style home in a quiet part of Lake City. The grounds are well kept, there's a circular driveway for ease of entry or exit, there's a sitting area in the back. The house itself is very clean, stocked with everything you could need (linens, cookware, utensils, washer/dryer, throw blankets, fire logs, etc.) except food. I absolutely adored the layout of the home, the spa tub, the huge walk in closets, the comfortable couch where we spent a good bit of time watching Christmas movies, the table that converts into a poker table. There was nothing I didn't like about the property. We had a little difficulty getting the internet to work properly so we could watch Prime Video, but Netflix worked fine. There are two cable options (Xfinity and Dish) so you can pick which one you would like to use. The host is friendly and easy to reach should you need to contact him for whatever reason. We had an issue getting in the house when we were checking in, but he has Ring doorbell cams, so he messaged asking if we were there at the property. Told him yes, we were a few minutes early but he told us we could go ahead and go in. I explained we were having a hard time getting the lock to unlock, but it was my fault - I put in the wrong number. The accent wall for the fireplace is beautiful. The guest bathroom shower wall was the same (river pebbles) and is the cutest thing. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again real soon.

Absolutely gorgeous! The pictures does no justice! This is a cozy and nice house with two bedrooms as well as two bathrooms, a gym area to add. I love the yard set up. Cute set up on the back porch area. Kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils, pots pans and a kureig. Snack bar and water was provided!! How nice, definitely with kids during a hurricane!! Id recommend a 10/10!! Id definitely book this property again!!
