Forget your worries in this spacious villa with comforts of home in this Key West style Orange Beach complex. The villa has a view of the fishing lake off the back patio. The palm trees and wooded setting are serene. The kitchen is remodeled and there are many other updates. You’re conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, the wharf~featuring many live concerts, golf courses and the Sports Complex. Spend the day relaxing or playing at the beach which is just an 8 minute drive. Gulf State Park almost right behind the complex where you can ride bikes or go for a scenic walk. There's a nice size enclosed patio out the back door with a grill for cooking up some of your favorites. About a 10 minute drive to water and amusement parks. The marina and wharf area is a short 3 minute drive. The Tanger Outlet shopping center is 12 miles away in Foley.

Great location in between many attractions and close to the beach and fishing. Kids enjoyed the pond...especially the turtles...and the pool was lovely at the end of hot days. Friendly and safe neighborhood. Clean and as described...great for our two pets!

The location was really nice and convenient very close to other spots. The house itself was very nice and had everything we needed and the pool was also very nice. The host communicated properly and clearly, and overall the stay was very lovely!

Wonderful stay! Perfect for traveling with dogs!

Owner Terri was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was a breeze, and the unit was clean and had everything we needed.This was a far better option than staying at a hotel, especially since we were in town for a friend’s wedding and brought our dogs along. There was plenty of grassy space around the property for them to walk and play, which made things so convenient.Terri’s place is also in a great location. It close to the beach (a quick drive) and near lots of restaurants and shops. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Quiet but beautiful

This was my first stay in a home instead of a hotel and I was worried, but everything was perfect! Terri communicated and answered all of my questions. The house was homey and peaceful and in a quiet neighborhood but it was close to everything we needed. The first day we were there we got to see the turtles in the pond behind us and they came right up to us. We went to the pool and that was nice and quiet as well. This is a great place to stay!

A/C Not Working, Unable to Reach Host, Left Property

I nor VRBO were able to reach host with A/C not working. We transferred to another property at almost midnight after 5 hours of check in.

We're so sorry the A/C went out on ya'll. Sadly my account was linked with my Google voice phone # and has since been updated. There were problems with the # and didn't get your messages right away. I'm glad vrbo helped get your family moved and we were able to reimburse you. I'm sorry it was a bad experience. The new air conditioner works great and I'm proud to say we have all 5 star reviews on other sites. So, this upsets me as well. We strive to do my best and would be happy to accommodate you in the future if we could.

We look forward to them being a bit older and having the time to bring them with us to the beautiful Emerald Coast. We've put a lot of time and energy into getting our villa ready for us and more importantly...you to enjoy and feel right at home! We try and get to Orange Beach about 4 or 5 times a year, so we we're counting on you to care for our place and let us know how we can improve your stay!
