Ipana is located on Calle 38 and 10th Ave with many great restaurants and shops, this 5th Avenue area has a lot to offer and Calle 38 is one of the most beautiful streets in all of Playa del Carmen! Shangrila and Mamita Beach are only a 5 minute walk from the building.

Amazing experience- We will be back!

We stayed at Ipana "Salty Kisses" for 20 days with myself, husband and 3 children. The condo is WELL EQUIPPED. We did do some cooking and all the basics were there. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella were also there, which was great for beach days. The pools on the roof top were nice. Bar upstairs also sold drinks at a reasonable price compared to other places. We were there during Hurricane Berryl. No damage to condo, but host communicated well during this period and checked up on us. No complaints whatsoever and would come back here for a stay. We also met so many nice people while lounging at the pool. Kids always had someone to play with. Met people from Guyana, Barbados, Poland, Nigeria, all was great. Lastly, great location with supermarket literally around the corner (toursity supermarket) but if you are adventerous, a more local supermarket is a few blocks away. We did a combo of both during our trip. Also its in a great location of 1 block to 5th ave (touristy) and 1-2 blocks from more local restaurants that were great too. Book your stay!

If you are planning to visit Mexico Playa del carmen for the first time or you are a frequent visitor, Ipana condominium is very close to the downtown area and has so many nice places to visit very close, of course the beautiful beach on the Caribbean Sea and the world-famous 5th avenue!!

Soon we will have another 4 beautiful studios just 2 blocks from Ipana in Playa del Carmen just a few steps from the beach and 5th Avenue!!
